Capcom Bringing Monster Hunter To Xbox 360

Capcom's mysterious Xbox 360 game has been revealed: Monster Hunter Frontier.

As the company prepares its next major push to establish the Monster Hunter franchise in the US (after the PSP editions failed to hook) with the upcoming Monster Hunter Tri on Wii, Monster Hunter Frontier marks the series' debut on Microsoft's platform. No version has been announced for PlayStation 3.

Capcom Unity confirmed an online beta for Monster Hunter Frontier will begin over Xbox Live in May, but made no comment on the game's availability outside of Japan. For the moment, Capcom's gamble seems to be on Monster Hunter Tri. If that's successful, they'll debate moving forward on Xbox 360.
