Electronic Arts recently alluded to Crysis 2, but details on Crytek's multi-platform sequel have been difficult to pin down since the game was announced last summer. No longer, as The Official PlayStation Magazine will be dropping the first details on Cryis 2 in their next issue.
The news was announced by the magazine's editor-in-chief Gary Steinman via Twitter.
Since the issue hasn't hit subscribers yet, we can only examine what's on the cover of the magazine, which declares Crysis 2 features aliens invading New York City and "Nanosuit 2.0."
The Nanosuit was one of Crysis' standout features, a powerful technology that elevated an ordinary human to superhuman status, giving them the ability to become invincible, deflect damage, lift objects with incredible strength, run with the speed of The Flash and much more.
As soon as more details on Crysis 2 are available, I'll pass them on.

I hope is exclusive to PS3 i know they said it was a multi-platform game but things can change. If the Xbox version is not announce soon it might be i know is coming to PC also duh. Game look so much better when they are only on PlayStation 3.

wait.. why new york...
that would mean the aliens traveled over either all of Eurasia (europe/asia) or over all mainland US without going after much stuff just to go to new york...
Unless there is a bit more on what happened in between games or something else happened because i just remember the game ending after aircraft carrier battle...
oh well I'm still definitely getting this game.
