The past decade in gaming featured some of the best games ever created, and X-Play is here to document that with this three-part look at the best that the aughts had to offer. Watch these videos and let us know if you agree or disagree with Adam and Morgan's assessment of the best of the 2000's. Is your favorite game represented in the list?
Here's Part One, including Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Fable II, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and more.
In Part Two, we encounter Fallout 3, Bioshock, God of War, and other games that burned up our consoles and computers over the past ten years.
And, finally, we come to part three of our list, which includes the MMO juggernaut that is World of Warcraft, the action packed Orange Box, and the haunting Shadow of the Colossus.

This isn't really a list of the best games from 2000-2010. this is more of a Random games we thought where good from the last few years list. Battlefield 1942 was released in 2002 and revolutionized the First Person Shooter by being the biggest FPS [in terms of players per game possible], having land vehicles, boats, and planes [Up to that point being the only game that supported all three]. Heck they even missed Half Life 2 for 2004. Shame on G4.

So how come everytime a Zelda game came out this decade sessler jizzed himself when reviewing it but non are on the list. Orange Box was a collection of already released games, maybe best deal of the decade but best game? LMAO.

There was a lot of crap on that list :( , at least there were some good games on there (Fable 2, Halo 2, Okami).

I dont think they said this was the definitive list of the best games. Perhaps the subtitle should be 'according to G4' But, there again it's kind of assumed. People get too uptight about other peoples opinions. It's supposed to be entertainment. Remove the stick.

to bad silent hill was released in January 1999, it would probably be on this list if it was released a year earlier. And to bad Bioshock did the physiological things better than Silent hill 2.

I seen some thoes game befor. And they all look good. The only thing that i'm sad about is that mass effect is not on there. And that some of thoes games should not be on this list.

Where are Zelda: Twilight Princess, Gears of War, inFamous, and GTA IV? I'm just grateful Brutal(ly overrated) Legend didn't make the list.

When you think about it, most of these games were a revolution for their time. All you haters keep that in mind while you complain that your favorite game of all time didn't make the cut.

ok, i know there are too many good games out there to put on this list. BUT HOW THE F#!% DO YOU PUT OKAMI OVER GEARS, GTA, MASS EFFECT, OBLIVION, BURNOUT, ANY GOOD NINTENDO GAMES BECAUSE THERE NOT ON THE LIST AND SO ON. WOW X PLAY

also, just strange gta3 was not included, altho i like gta4 so much better, it did change everything, looking back, alot of great games are missing, oh well, i enjoyed the segment, i shouldnt complain too much :) has been a great run for us gamers.
