The British Board of Film Classification has let the bat out of the cave, it would seem, concerning the heretofore-unannounced Game of the Year Edition of Rocksteady’s acclaimed Batman: Arkham Asylum.
According to the board’s official site, the GOTY edition received the same 15 rating applied to the standard version. The ratings breakdown doesn’t say whether the new edition includes any new content, but I’m guessing details will emerge shortly.
I've contacted Eidos to find out what's what, so stay tuned.

Interesting.. but I won't buy this game again. I already suckered myself into buying the collectors edition.

The game is awesome but what's up with everyone having their game be game of the year? I thought there was 1 Game of the Year, not games. Just curious what these game of the year editions actually mean. There's been quite few within the last year.

As much as I liked AA I was sorely disappointed when I could not have my "Revenge Tour" [Playthrough again with all the skills I already earned.]. I mean I could even get an alternate outfit for a 2nd playthrough? I mean let me play with Nightwing, Robin [Damien or Tim], Batgirl, Huntress, Harley Quinn... I'd take Alfred... shoot I'd take playing through dressed like Adam West's Incarnation [You can't lie it would be bazaar to say the least. esp if did the voice work as well] just for a change. Still I doubt the GOTY edition will do anything worth a 2nd purchase of the title.

If they put in new content I will freak. I love Batman: AA, but I have finally reached the point of adulthood where I am broke. They can't do this to my wallet.

If they release any "NEW" content gor the GOTY, then it better be released as DLC for those of us who have already purchased the game.

All DLC? I was only familliar with a map pack that I downloaded for free. Is there more DLC?!

...Hrmm... I wonder if they are just putting all the DLC in one package, or if there is going to be something new. Damn if there is something new I might have to buy this one... again...
