For Dragon Age: Origins fans wondering why the newly released "Return to Ostagar" downloadable content is nowhere to be found on Xbox Live, I have some bad news. Turns out that yesterday’s title update for BioWare’s epice RPG brought about some unforseen problems in the game, and in response to these issues, BioWare has decided to take Ostagar off of Xbox Live for the time being.
As BioWare explained on its official forums, they are working hard to fix the problem (well, I would hope so), and are asking that gamers not install the title update until the issue is resolved.
Anyone encounter problems with the new update? Apparently, it caused specialization classes to not work properly.

I'm having a problem with controlling the characters on the XBL version, for instance while i have all of the characters selected trying to run out of a room while being surrounded by enemies and only the character who's skills are selected moves out of the room. The other characters engage the enemies. I feel like a ''Non combatant'' button or something similar so they move freely.
Of course i don't actually expect something to be done with it, but i guess i should had just bought the PC version for better control mechanics.
Owaah
Really Bioware? Really? Ok, I'm starting to lose interests in this DLC. I'm not excited about Awakenings as I once was, too.

ugh.....It's The Pitt all over again. :/

Got the PC version and the only thing it did was added a 5th line under Entropy with the first box being Drain Life (which I already have) and the last three boxes being blank. Not really an issue.

Downloaded and finished it yesterday, then played for another few hours. Didn't have any problems.

Numerous bugs and 5 minutes of added gameplay.. best 400 MS points I have ever spent. (ugh)

I downloaded the DLC yesterday and have played the game a little since then (yet not the DLC yet). Haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary
...except the BroodMother. That's just not right.

I downloaded it as soon as I read that it came out. I don't have other characters created yet since I spent over 100 hours on my first playthrough. The specializations worked fine for me though and, luckily, I didn't have the problems others have. I'll wait until tomorrow's fix to try making a new character then.

I hope they fix this crud soon. I downloaded the title update, but didn't purchase RTO.

I know all Bioware games have bugs but I don't care but all of the games are amazing.

i guess its a little to late for people who already downloaded the update along with the dlc. This sucks

BioWare seems to ALWAYS have glaring bugs in their games. I haven't played Mass Effect, but all I kept hearing about it was how crippling a lot of the bugs were. Having the ability to patch games post release has definitely made some developers lazy.

I managed to download the DLC and update yesterday, and consider myself lucky.
My classes still work just as well, but the game did freeze for the first time since I've had it.
And about Mass Effect 2, apprehension caused by another of Bioware's pieces of work is understandable, but it seems like M.E.2 is a more important project for the company, and might get more attention than DA:O has. I could be wrong, though.

The more they screw this up the less excited I am about Mass Effect 2.

this is what happens when they decide to get greedy and release stuff before its finished, i like DAO havent downloaded or bought the DLC yet and im glad i didnt, thought they were being money grubbers releasing this stuff so soon..

most likely every other version WILL be delayed if the 360 version isn't finished before the others official release date

So the PC version was ok? Seems a little wierd doesn't it. Presumably the same code. Just different compile instructions.
