Seamstress/blogger The Happy Seamstress has knit the nerdiest sweater ever created:

It's so nerdy, in fact, that it travels around nerdiness and back to cool-osity. I'm impressed and a little humbled by this historical moment in nerd-dom. Second picture is under the cut.

More details here.
I take this sweater as a challenge, of course, and would like to suggest that you, readers, think of an even nerdier item of clothing. The winner of the nerdiest clothing concept (that can realistically be created and worn) will win two things: 1) Some yet-to-be-determined video game swag. 2) A photo of a TheFeed staffer wearing your creation, plus the item of clothing itself. Leave your suggestion in our comment box!

How about a sweater vest that looks like the entire map of Hyrule from the very first legend of Zelda game. To make it even nerdier it should have all the dungeons and secrets labeled on it so it can be used as an actual map for the game.

5 bucks says... Sessler & Kevin will be fighting over this sweeter to see who rocks it first on X-play or AOTS.

That guy kinda looks like a younger version of Leahy.

I think a Contra sweater would be pretty righteous.

I would totally wear that out to the bar. I bet I would pull a better caliber of women than dudes with popped collars.

Awww! I wish I had a nerdy grandma too! How about Tetris tetromino-shaped jewelry, or maybe cufflinks?

Best would be a playable pong sweater. One person would wear it, Two others would play by raising and lowering the wearers arms. Totally possible with LED lights.

That shirt is gold in knitted form. :)
A Duck Hunt sweater would go perfect with that one.
Knit the gun into one arm, the dog into the other.
A hat shaped like the dead falling birds. They always reminded me of lawn darts, heck you could probably just paint a lawn dart and stick to your head, not in your head b/c that would just ruin your high score. lol.
Oh and that "bark bark" sound button somewhere. That was one of the coolest, lame sounds gaming has ever given to us.
