Blackest night #6 was great and I couldn't wait to read it so I aked my lovely fiance to pick it up for me so I could read it when I got home from work which I did immediately and loved it. One quick question though Blair, what do you think of Red Robin? I thought the last weeks issue was great and have enjoyed this series since it started. Detective Comics gets some love what about Tim Drake Wayne?

When doing graphic novels for next week, I hope to see some Umbrella Academy love in the mix. I have all the issues, but I always get the graphic novel collection for the little extra details they offer. I was a little sad that it didn't make last weeks cut, but it wasn't part of an ongoing every month category so I understand. I'm just saying U.A. deserves some love in my opinion.

I'll definitely be checking out Stumptown since I've gotten a raise. That being said, Blair, I was wondering if you could review one of the other Batman books, besides widening gyre. I don't know enough about confidential or streets of gotham to make a choice, and what with the price of comics, im hesitant to dive into a series that might not deliver.

Finally she gives some love where it is do. Geoff Johns has been delivering nothing but goodness this whole time. Yes I am tried of the big events and I hope that Marvel and DC both stop it for about a good couple of years or so. I also would like to hear what she thinks of Omeing and Bendis's Powers comic. What about God Complex from Omeing. There is still plenty of goodness she is missing here.

Working in a comic store I was a little sad when Blair mentioned Stumptown was sold out in 2 hours. We are a small town and with that seems to come small minds. Looked over at our new this week rack and still have a Stumptown there. We brought in 2 and I picked up the other one. So many comics I try to get people into but they would rather pick up the drivel. Ultimatum was one of the worst titles and I shed a tear everytime i rang one up. Also get a little miffed when people started cancelling Detective Comics recently.
As a comic store we got Blackest Night #6 a week before it was due out and had to sit on it. I looked through it quickly and when I saw the geek moment I couldn't stop telling people they will want to pick it up when it comes out (without actually spoiling). The last splash page shows what could be some great action figures.I think one is already in the works as there was a blacked out toy listed a while ago in our order catalog.

Anything with the Punisher always grabs my attention. That being said, I've found myself sucked back into the Darkness lately. My roommate bought me The Darkness Compendium Vol 1 for Christmas and boy has it sucked me back in. Yeah, I've read it all before, but it's just as effective as it was back in the day.

First: You guys... used the same comic footage from Sweet Tooth as you did in Stump Town
Second: ....Blair... you say 'Cup of Tea'... like every week. We know you're awesome enough to coin a better phrase.
Third: Yeah... Blackest Night was pretty damn awesome~
