The Beatles seminal mid-1960s album Rubber Soul will be hitting The Beatles: Rock Band on December 15th for the 360 and Wii and the 17th for the PS3.
The sixth studio album from the band, Rubber Soul is considered by many rock snobs to be among the greatest albums ever recorded. My vote for best Beatles album goes to Revolver, but Rubber Soul is definitely in the top three. Anyway, the tracks “Drive My Car,” “I’m Looking Through You” and “If I Needed Someone" are already in the game, but they will be joined by the following songs:
- “Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)”
- “You Won’t See Me”
- “Nowhere Man”
- “Think For Yourself”
- “The Word”
- “Michelle”
- “What Goes On”
- “Girl”
- “In My Life”
- “Wait”
- “Run For Your Life”
Think about how great each of those songs is for a moment, please. Shhh.
...Anyway, the full track pack will cost you $13.49, with individual tracks coming in at $1.99.

'I've Just Seen A Face' and 'It's Only Love' were both on the American version of Rubber Soul. However, they are on the UK version of 'Help'. If they're going to be released, I'd lay odds that's where you'll find them, as all 'official' Beatles releases over the last 20 years have featured the UK format.

At last! Once this is out, they can (hopefully) announce another album!

Yer Blues is a great one. It would be awesome to have the white album but I highly doubt they will add it, thats a lot of tracks.

One would mention more popular albums like "A Hard Day's Night" to be in the game first but I guess the marketing people from Harmonix know what they are doing. Anyway, I'm looking forward for all the albums to be in the game next year, Past Masters included.....
Meanwhile, the introspective Rubber Soul is certainly a day 1 purchase

I love all the Beatles albums, but I'm holding my breath for "The White Album." Yer Blues and Happiness in a Warm Gun need to be playable tracks. They just need to be.
