According to rap blog Rap-Up, hip-hopper The Game is in the process of having the artwork you see above tattooed on his body. As you can see, it's an homage to the evolution of gaming, beginning with an Atari 2600 joystick, traveling through the NES era, to the Genesis, PlayStation 2 and finally the Xbox. There's also a gat and a skull, for that street touch. According to The Game, the gun "symbolizes the time he was shot while playing a video game." I get shot while playing video games all the freakin' time!

I think the tat is sweet. I mean, honestly, that's pretty friggin badass.
For those who don't know, the Game is a huge PS3 gamer. He's incredibly good at the sports games (I'm not surprised) and I think his PSN name is something like "Game_LAX" or something along those lines. He was shot and put into a coma when he was playing the PS2 when a couple of guys busted in and stole his weed. He raps about it in "Start from Scratch" on The Documentary album.
So...it all makes sense to him at least.
The games: for obvious reasons
The weed: because of why he got shot
the gun: because he got shot
the skull: because he was in a coma and close to death.
Before everyone goes off spouting about how ugly the 360 controller is, try and understand the meaning behind the ink.

Its a tattoo. Are you all really gonna complain what the guy inks onto his body. Ever thought of why he choose the controllers he did. Could be the ones he preferred to play, or he could be just randomly chosen ones.
I'll go for random ones, but i think i understand why he put PS2 and then 360..... Who in there right minds would get one of those massive @$$ original xbox controllers tattooed onto their arm. Probably would have taken up the whole arm. But yeah so instead probably did PS2 controller and then 360 controller for variety.

Oh, it's not about being a fan or anything, I own too many consoles. But the 360 is just utter garbage and it really takes away from the image. Couldn't he have chosen another retro controller, Colecovision or Commodore? Even the Dreamcast, Virtual Boy, or Gamecube even. All those are much better choices (and consoles).

JohnnyBuku: They live in a generation where video games are split over a stupid flame war. They don't realize that video games are video games, they need a conspiracy against a company over BS. On a second note I find the tattoo to be rather cool.

Take out the pot leaf, the skulls and the gun, and swap the size and location of the 360 and PS controllers, and its pretty cool.

For crying out loud, now even a stupid tattoo of a xbox 360 product is going to set you guys off now? I just don't understand it

the Game is not with the game to stop @ the 360.... hasn't he heard of the PS3? That tattoo is already outdated without the PS3.

Bah, that ugly 360 controller ruins it. The rest is ok but supporting M$ pretty much loses all respect and credibility.

...and the pot leaf and blood splat symbolizes how many times I die when I "play under the influence"
