The rest of the gaming industry should begin announcing a series of delays into 2011, as everyone's going to want to get out of the way of Capcom's big gun: Mega Man 10.
Mega Man 10, currently announced only for WiiWare, was revealed in the pages of Nintendo Power. The aesthetic continues Mega Man 9's tradition of 8-bit stylization, but Mega Man 10 will apparently incorporate some progressive new feaures, including multiple playable characters.
Oh, and Sheep Man. Sheep Man.
I bow to you, Capcom. Mega Man 9 wasn't the best Mega Man ever created, but it was a new, 2D blue bomber shooter in a world of flying cars. And now...Mega Man 10?! These tears are real, my friends...
An official announcement is pending, but it's expected this latest installment will also be released across Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network next year, as Mega Man 9 was.

coincidentally, the Protomen are the best rock-opera band that is a re-interpretation of the megaman series, ever.

I never got into the old Mega Man games. I prefer the Mega Man X series of games and Mega Man 10 sounds good but I want to see a new Mega Man X game... or HD remakes of the Mega Man X series.

Hey since Capcom's famous for useless DLC in games how bout Milk Man- did'nt real coast them anything to add this since its an 8 bit game.

greatest news ive heard all day.. but sheep man...really? honestly i think they are finally running out of creative bosses. maybe they should hold a create a boss contest again like they did way back in the day in nintendo power.

YES! More 2D gaming and from an excellent series no less. I hope they keep the difficulty slightly high like in MM9. The game wasn't that hard but it was fun like the original NES games.
I would appreciate they release it on PSN too. I like the Wii but I tend to collect all my online DLC for PS3 because I haven't updated my Wii for their shops. I hate updating consoles...
