Battlefield: Bad Company 2 PC Beta Delayed

In case you hadn’t noticed, the PlayStation 3 exclusive beta for DICE’s military first-person shooter Battlefield: Bad Company 2 has been a big hit with the kids. And while PC gamers have been eagerly awaiting the game, if for no other reason than its proud inclusion of dedicated servers for multiplayer, it looks like those same die-hard PC fans will have to wait a bit longer before they’ll be able to try out the beta for themselves.

DICE dropped the news on their official Battlefield blog, explaining that because the PS3 beta was so popular, the team is taking extra time to ensure they’ll be able to accommodate the expected flood of PC gamers who will want to take part in the beta. And you'll be able to be part of that flood when the beta goes live “very early next year.” Let the painful waiting begin.
