Of all the things I was expecting to do in BioWare’s sci-fi sequel Mass Effect 2, being able to curve projectiles around cover, Wanted: Weapons of Fate-style, wasn’t one of them. That’s not to say I’m not looking forward to blasting fools hundreds of feet in the air while crouched behind a crate, because, as a human being, I most certainly am. And if you choose ME2’s Adept class, you’ll be able to take advantage of this awesome power whenever you like, and that’s just fantastic. The first mass effect was pretty awesome with a lot of story and side quests. i think they know they had to greatly improve to keep gamers interested. cant wait to see the changes we dont know about and how they are gonna tie in some characters and our actions towards them from the first to this one. wonder if its gonna have any rewards or benefits from having the first game saved on hard drive already beaten. like a bada$! weapon from the get go or something like that.

I played the first Mass Effect as a soldier and expected to do the same this time, but wow! The adept looks amazing, Im torn now, it looks like they've really overhauled every aspect of combat. Not that I had a huge problem with it in the first game, but it needed tweeks. Damn I cant wait for this game!

Tali was one of my favorites characters from ME. Her whole story about the migrant fleet, & her ppl made her the most memorable IMO. Ashley was another personal favorite, the character development is some of the best that I've seen in rpgs. I like every crew member they have a personality, & feel like a real story is going down. This game is at the the #1 spot for me next year.

I must say games like mass effect are the perfect combination of action packed shooting and great characters with a good story. and it looks like, now that they have the universe created and out there so most of us know it enough, they can create more provocative and dangerous characters without overwhelming us with fresh material. we all know the geth and biotics (not to mention their issues). bringing old faces back i think is a good move cuz if you just drop the old cast people will question it a little too much, so it's good to explain their situations a bit within their own environment. I personally can't wait for this game and hope that it lives up to my hopes.

When the Quarian leader said, \"vas Normandy,\" I felt a small shiver run down my spine. It felt like awesome.
The Quarian side story regarding the Geth and the Migrant Fleet was one of the highlights of the first ME game for me and this addition to the playable cast just adds to the draw of ME2. I'm like a zombie only I hunger for awesome characters and immersive story arcs.

Its been a good week in Mass Effect news, they just released another trailer today for Samara, a new powerful Asari that appears to be the anti-Liara. I cant wait to see what develops with Tali and her people, I wonder if her exile will have anything to do with her Father?

Ahh.. Ahh.. Gimme a minute.... OMGOMG I needz this gaem! Okay, sorry. Good lord I loved the first game, and this just seems so much better! Playing it at PAX was really fun, but I was sad to not get to mess with the biotics (other than via a party member). Looks great!
