You might think that just because you play as War, one of the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse, in THQ’s upcoming Darksiders, you’ll be able to wreak apocalyptic havoc without any assistance from anyone. Well, you’d be wrong. The first of four installments in the new Darksiders Hellbook video series has arrived, and in Book 1: The Horseman’s Road, you’ll be introduced to a demon merchant named Vulgrim, who will bestow upon you Wrath Powers to make your trip through the end of the world as destructive, exhilarating and downright fun as possible.
The more I see of this game, the more I want to get my hands on it, and this latest video has done nothing to quell my eagerness. Thanks a lot, THQ.

This game looks pretty awesome. My only concern is how long the game will last you. If it will last a good amount of time like 30+ hours, then it's a garaunteed buy for me.

must have this game! I have never played any GOW or DMC games so I don't fall in with everyone else who keeps looking at this game with scepticism....All I know is that this game (despite whatever other game it looks like) looks awesome. 'nuff said!

So bascially they took every concept that God of War/Devil may Cry has used and put their own spin on it. Considering how well done it looks and how fun those mechanics were, i'm going to allow this.
