In the video below, Square Enix previews the real-time strategy gameplay of Supreme Commander 2. It's 10 minutes of pre-alpha stage walkthrough that you cannot afford to miss.
The game comes out on the PC and 360 in 2010.

I'm a big RTS gamer and its my fav genre out of all the games I play but Supreme Commander 1 to me just wasn't all what it was hyped to be or reviewed in my opinion. Mainly it was the performance of the game that didn't motivate me to finish the first campaign let alone get to the expansion disc which I had as well. Here's hoping they fix such a massive game being able to play graphically and control wise. That video reminded me of Clone Wars and huzah to the escape pod helmet for the SC, that gives that unit more strategic options now.

@ Dynamo903 I love you Clan wolf symbol! I can hardly wait for Mechwarrior 5 (even though its preclan). I hope it did not get axed. Anyhow, it can be used on the XBOX or Playstation 3. However, the controls are not as... nice. You really need a mouse and keyboard combo to play these types of games. These RTS games are not a huge success translating into the XBOX and Playstation 3. The graphics are possible, but the game play is where it hurts.

I hope that this game is as awsome as the first one for xbox 360 and I hope they fixed the frezzing problems and stuff

It's really shaping up and looking great, the Cybranasaurus Rex=GG. I hope this game revitalizes and saves the RTS genre!

i like the unit cannon... definately adds a twist to the RTS
