It's time to assume the role of a time traveling assassin again. Ubisoft has released Assassin's Creed II, a game that reviewer Andrew Pfister believes corrects many of the original's wrongs. If you were one of the dedicated gamers who stalked retail at midnight last night to pick up a copy before you realized you actually had to work the next day, what do you think of it so far?

I picked up the collector's edition at midnight and it's pretty sweet. I'm a huge fan of the first so I expected nothing less than this game to be awesome. I'm only about 3 hrs in but I'm hooked, so looking forward for the wife and kids to go to sleep so I can play a lot more.

Yeah, seriously. I played for like an hour and am still not an assassin. The blacksmith is taunting me with nothing in stock. I don't want to just rush through, but I really wanna stop being some random stereotypical Italian teenager...

i hate in the beginning of games when thy make you walk around and talk to people alot. it just bores me. they should just throw you into a cool scene like uncharted 2. also, after playing through uncharted 2 multiple times, this game is somewhat of a disappointment. dont get me wrong, it is very cool and fun to play, but its not up to par with uncharted.
the climbing mechanics seem pretty weak, and the fighting is still frustrating. hopefully it will get better as the story line starts to play out...

I already hooked up my Pearl White PSP to my PS3, for the interconnectivity, I got the Assassins Creed PSP bundle at K-Mart and got Assassins Creed for PS3 for free.

I already have hooked up my Assassins Creed Bloodlines PSP game with the Special edition PSP itself to my PS3, it is great, I love interconnectivity.

On Topic: I think its great so far, some how i knew this wuld b here so i paused for a sec just to post. But my overall impression of it is really positive, shows great promise, looking forward to upgrading my armor and weapons

Damn gamefly and there oh we sent it out today thing.... They should send the games out before the release date so they get to the people on the day it comes out.
