I know, I know, it's hard to think about any multiplayer shooter that isn't Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but Electronic Arts and DICE are quietly polishing up what's looking like one of the most promising entries for 2010, Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Producer Gordon Van Dyke recently dropped by with an updated build of the PlayStation 3 version and walked us through the multiplayer side of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, showing us the various classes, vehicles and environments players will encounter when the game releases in March. The experience should be similar on Xbox 360 and PC, too!

I've always enjoyed the realistic feel of Battlefield over the \"run around and shoot anything on the other team\" game play of COD or Halo. Battlefield has always been the better game when it comes to Online multiplayer, it's smoother and requires teamates to actually work as a team versus COD and Halo where a team is people of the same color, but team cooperation is little to none.

MW2 has mastered the FPS. BC2 obviously has some large steps to take before being able to compete.
Oh, and quit bitching about the PC version. Get a console already. Geez. Everyone else made the switch after Doom. Let go. Just let go.

This game will not survive in the destruction of Cod MW2,pretty much no fps will for that matter.Stop all the hate because a 2 million copies in the 1st hour.....that basically tell you the MW2 is a beast.The only issues i hear are with pc gamers when in result who really gives a crap.Majority of america play games on consoles...and half of the pc gamers get their games from illegal downloads and still wish to complain about dev and the choice that make about their work when,all most pc gamers are going steal from them( illegal download ).So on that note why would you invest your time in a market when most of ypur poduct that is playin it has just stole it from ya.

Bad company is so underated!!! I like COD, but I'm looking forward to BF BC2. Not only does the shooting look improved, but just having the opportunity to fly a chopper or parachute makes it a must buy for me and makes the game worth the price. Good work Dice for all these videos and info...it helped

I lol'd. It's pretty easy for me to think of another multiplayer shooter that isn't Call of Duty Modern Warfare 1.5 ...err I mean 2. I am a PC gamer and what Infinity Ward has done to PC gamers with the PC version of the game is just horrible. I have not purchased Modern Warfare 2 and I don't plan to anytime soon. I am looking forward to Battlefield Bad Company 2 though.
If you are a console gamer, please think about and realize what Infinity Ward has done to the PC version of Modern Warfare 2.

CoD Modern Warfare 2 is more of a realistic POV of a war but I think Battfield 2 looks more fun to play, it's not the same game types online which doesn't keep you bored. So I rather buy this then CoD Modern Warfare 2...

This looks like a MW2 wannabe.
These maps are way too large and open. It's just going to be one annoying snipe-fest. If you ask me, I'd rather be fighting than running for a minute straight just to find an enemy. Lame.
I'll probably buy it because I have the $ to burn, but it certainly won't replace the greatest FPS out there - MW2!

Ive thought of buying this when it comes out, but it just feels like another Battlefield game, CoD isnt the Best and Greatest thing ever like most people try to tote it as, but it is a good game, and probaly better than this.
