None of this should come as a surprise given Activision's love for sequels, but during the publisher's quarterly financial results conference call, the company confirmed new installments in Call of Duty, Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk, Spider-Man and Shrek throughout 2010.
The company has not revealed specifics about any of these follow-ups.

They should do Call of Duty - Desert Storm:
You can run around and pick up enemy with white flags begging for food, not weapons needed. Find the losr scud missle and stuff.

Just say you played it but dont actually play it, but still get PS3 throphy or Xbox acheivments.

Hey Sik, Those three games you mentioned, destroy anything else on the Xbox, Killzone 2 is way better than Halo, its not a midless run and gun and irts graphics take a dump on halo, I wish there was another Resistance coming out along with all those other games, but i gotta deal with garbage like halo wars and section 8. oh wait, Those are xbox exclusives that suk!

OK, the fact that there's gonna be a new Call of Duty game or Guitar Hero game isn't much of a suprise. Even though, I think the Gutiar Hero franchise should just stop at 5, because this franchise has just been beaten, dragged, beaten, and dragged even more to the point that it's just kind of becoming like Namco Bandai's fighting games, nothing new, just the same game with a couple of tweaks released every year. As far as a new Call of Duty game, I don't mind. I think a Vietnam setting would bring something a bit more original to this franchise. Another Tony Hawk game? Granted, the new skateboard peripheral coming with Tony Hawk Ride should add something fresh, but this franchise is just dead in my eyes. It should've just died at the beginning of this console cycle because it's just been beaten to death by sequel after sequel. Not to harp on it, but just hasn't been as good since coming to this gen. I got nothing against another Spiderman or Shrek game, just not my game (at least not Shrek, maybe Spiderman if the game's any good).

YEA SHREK lol I'm a guitar hero fan because i play guitar for real, (you know, no plastic buttons) so i think music games are pretty cool, but think as long call of duty isnt world war 2 ill be all set im getting sick of ww2 i read above someone put vietnam although i think they were just messin but yea do the friggin korean war or something just not the second great war please

what another COD game for next year?? i wonder what setting it is going to be... it be weird if they place it during the vietname era... C mon!! the battlefield series made that already.. they better come up with a better COD setting.. maybe another continuation to MW or instead, change the name to CALL OF DUTY: FUTURE CONFLICT! or something...any 1 got ideas on it??

I swear, Treyarch needs to crawl in a dark hole and go away. I bet almost everyone who bought CoD:WaW last year was very disappointed whether they admit it or not. The only reason they sold so many copies of WaW, was because they were riding the coattails of the enormous success of CoD4. Treyarch simply released and entire reskin of modern warfare. If anyone has seen the star wars mod for the PC version of Cod4, they will know that that mod took way more effort than World at War, because really, that is all CoD:WaW was, A MOD!!! Treyarch is a company full of lazy uncreative A-H#les that are not creative enough to create their own IP

as long as people keep buying garbage games like world at war and paying for new setlists on the new guitar hero games (because let's admit it, thats what they are), Activision and Bobby Kotick will continue to do this. I will be playing mw2 and laughing at the people waiting in line for the next treyarch call of duty. Cmon...DJ hero? seriously?
