Given all of the hooting and/or hollering that’s surrounded Valve’s Left 4 Dead franchise regarding downloadable content, it’s no surprise that, as Joystiq reports, the Internets are abuzz over reports that errors have been found in the code for the Left 4 Dead 2 demo that apparently reveal two future bits of DLC: the "Miracle Pack" and the "Apocalyptic Pack."
Now, it isn’t clear which L4D game these two supposedly new DLC packs would eventually be for, but given that Valve released the DLC pack "Crash Course" for L4D just last month, it would be mighty generous (but not out Valve’s fan-loving reach) if these were in fact DLC packs for the first game. Then again, such a move would go a long way towards ensuring that no one ever questions Valve's loyalty to its fans ever again.
I contacted Valve to find out just what’s going on here, and received a simple, “Stay tuned.” So…stay tuned.

Now what would be really awesome, and reaffirm valve's position as the most generous developer ever, is if they made it free... for BOTH games. Think about it. L4D would just be a regular dlc, and for L4D2 it would be the same map but include all the new weapons/zombies/characters/gra phics, etc.
