Cheats and Walkthroughs
As you’ve probably heard, Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony and GTA: Episodes From Liberty City were released today, and as anyone who picked up a copy of latter will tell you, it doesn’t just include bonus radio content. It also includes a terribly cryptic hint at the location of the next Grand Theft Auto (Sadly, the hint doesn’t include anything about it being released episodically).
It’s not much, but located on the bottom right-hand corner of a page in the manual for the game is a small advertisement for a movie called Liberty City, It’s Over! On the lower corner of the ad is a torn away section that shows some mountains bordering a beach that is sprinkled with what appear to be pine trees (but I guess they could just be stand-ins for any old type of tree). And just beneath the graphic is either the word “Theater Seagull” (or “Seagulf” since the last letter is covered up) and a box that says, “Opens March Everywhere.”
What does it all mean? How the hell should I know? Of course, the return of Vice City FM in Episodes From Liberty City seems like a good indication that the next installment will see the series return to sunny South Florida. However, I grew up in South Florida, and mountains are pretty hard to come by, even in the hillier parts of the northern portion of the state. My first reaction when I saw the picture was the pacific northwest, which would definitely put it in the range of San Andreas territory, but there are plenty of places that share the characteristics found in the photo, so I guess we’ll have to wait until March to see what comes of this.
Anyone played Ballad of Gay Tony or Episodes From Liberty City yet? What do you think so far?

I would like to add an idea for story line and settings because this is the biggest issue.Gta 4 was set post 9/11 terroism was implemented into the radio staions and overall feel in the game.vice city was a scareface type plot and San andreas had a boyz n the hood gangsta feel as we all know the story got deeper in all games as we met new charachters etc. The most logical step is to go back in time 1970's great music awesome cars and formadle weapons. The plot is always up for grabs could be an ex viet nam vet who seeking the truth about pearl harbor I don't know? The future has not been written yet so maybe they go there 2025 crazy cars new technology but that is kinda lame but possible.Do you see my drift story line accomidiates location and time equals storyline. The 80's have been done the early 90's was a master piece and the post 9/11 gta 4 was not half bad but far from my favorite game. Gta 5 could be set present day im not saying that at all but anything is possible on an empty canvas and going back in time would have it's flaws such as weak technology and in game stuff such as tv's etc..

Guys listen Gta San Andreas was the best game because of it's depth and various settings it was was a masterpiece that is as as equal in storyline to vice city I could go on but we all know these were good games.Im a huge fan of this game and want the next game to be set in these locations Hawaii because heck they are already islands, Las santos, san fierro and reno nevada typ city with snowboarding guns jumps insanse stunts etc.. The joy would be flying over the pacific ocean and progressing to a graphical stunning Hawaii or vice versa to Las santos.More towns from reno to las santos like blueberry and red county should be implemented and the snow feauture would be awesome heck even seasons.Liberty is gone-done im not a fan of that city to dark and cold where a remake of vice city would be great but is simply to small. The idea would be more realism and less fake islands in between the locations ingenuity and writing is the key. A prison scene would be great the Mexican border planes cocaine you know the game intense! The game should start in hawaii with a Point break type setting where your an ex con who mnade a deal with the feds to track down Mr big and go undercover as a criminal to save his family. The characters should be vast and deep a linear story line is a must because it simply works better. The possobilites are endless.Less face it chicago detroit all boring ideas California and hawaii are simply the best choices.

I think they should base it in Hawaii, San Andreas took place in 3 cities of California so They should take 3 of hawaii's islands and incorporate them into the game, or something along those lines, featuring cities like the obvious Honolulu, and maybe incorporate some form of Pearl Harbor. This would be a nice change from the mainland cities and the common faces most of us in the big city see everyday.
garygoodnight
how come they cant just use the airplane system and bring it back to gta1 where there was 3 cities to travel to

That's France
I don't get why so many people want it to be on vice city or San Andreas again, I mean i really liked those games but i would rather see a different city and what it has to offer

Speaking from a time-line point of view, Vice City would be the next logical step. But I believe that the next game will be San Andreas, and will be unannounced until roughly February or January, possibly during the Holiday season. I think they will do this much like how they did Vice City; create it in eleven months and release it, BAM, right after a different GTA. I think that they have included the Vice City radio stations on BGT as a means to detour us from what they are really releasing. Releasing another San Andreas logically makes sense, as they have only set ONE game in San Andreas, while they have set two in Vice City in the last seven years. San Andreas was widely regarded as the best game for the PS2 and one of the best Grand Theft Autos, up until GTA IV. It is still seen as a classic, though, and I for one would welcome another San Andreas into the mix. I think people have been yearning for another one.
I also think that it will be set in the late 1980's, right before Alt. Rock broke through to the main stream, and will feature the great San Fierro earth quake, which took place three years before GTA: San Andreas, set in 1992, so it will take place in probably '88 or '89.
I CANNOT FRIGGIN' WAIT! I NEED IT NOW!!

They're taking us into the mountains? Oh God (insert terrifying banjo riff here). Hey, whatever crime-ridden city they want to put the character in is their business. I don't care if it's called "Grand Theft Auto: Lover Mountain", I'll still play it.
