God of War Collection Trailer Released

Between Left 4 Dead 2, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Assassin's Creed II and Dragon Age: Origins, November is going to be a bank account killer for a lot of gamers. And right smack in the middle of all those shiny new titles will be the HD upgrades of two of the most acclaimed games ever, God of War and God of War II, which will be bundled together (along with a demo for God of War III) on a single disc to form the God of War Collection.

I know you probably don't want to have to pull the cash trigger on another title (or titles) this holiday, but take a look at the new trailer for the collection posted over the Official PlayStation Blog, and you'll see that there are far worse ways to spend $40. Now all we need is an HD remastered collection of ICO and Shadow of the Colossus. A guy can dream, can't he?

God of War is the King of the Jungle!!!! The greatest game series every made!!!!!! Beside Mass Effect 2,God of War 3 will push the limits of what a true game is ;)

I might get it if I did not have the originals already. I am not buying that they are in hd. I will have to see it to believe it.

Ahhhhhhhh..... memories. These two games still have the goods. It's a must buy for any fan of the series. I know i will.

Ill be buying this in Nov. i still own the first 2 on PS2 and wont be getting rid of them since I have a nice collection of PS2 games already with a still working PS2. But since they upgraded these games and added trophies that makes it more than worth the money.

I just traded in my copies of god of war 1 and 2 and used them along with other games to buy Uncharted 2. I want this HD version along with GOW 3 demo, and who can say no to trophy's.

Really? You are going to let $40 stop you from buying 2 of the greatest games ever made, revamped in HD, the God of War 3 Demo, bonus content, plus Trophies? Sure, you already have the games, but its only $40. It is a rare thing to find a deal as good as this one in todays gaming industry. I will be buying this and Assassins Creed 2 before I buy MW2 (if ever).

Too bad they couldn't get an adapted version of Chains of Olympus in there. It'd be nice to be able to play it (if I were to get a PS3) without getting a PSP.

That trailer is EPIC, just like the God of War franchise. All other hack-n-slasher will bow down to the king that is God of War III.

Im not buy this I have the ps2 ones and they work just fine! But Im going to get GOW III For Sure! First in Line!
