Welcome to Morning Hangover -- an excellent way to start your day with the crew at TheFeed...no matter what you're recovering from. Every morning you'll hear musings from our editors and have the chance to share your thoughts on what's going on in the gaming world.
Andrew Pfister: Tomorrow's my last day in the office before I head back to the Midwest for a mid-October family get-together in beautiful downtown Decatur, Illinois. On the plane ride I intend to make serious progress in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Any of you guys playing this? It kind of snuck up on us with little fanfare. I loved the previous games, not just for the snappy writing, but the action-based battle system. Related, whenever I type the word "intend," my brain always adds an "o" at the end. I was raised on Nintendo, what can I say?
Patrick Klepek: I can say this much: I will play Dragon Age: Origins when it's released. I cannot with complete confidence say this: I will be really excited to pop in the disc for Dragon Age: Origins when it's released. As someone who can only seem to stomach Lord of the Rings-inspired fantasy when, well, a new Lord of the Rings movie comes out, Dragon Age: Origins has serious aesthetic hurdles to leap for me. But this is a BioWare game, which means I'm willing to put my prejudices aside and let them win me over. I want to like you Dragon Age: Origins. Will you let me?
