Unless you're in the Eastern Hemisphere, then Sunday is still the last day of the week. I bet the Calendar we use was first made over there, and we call Sunday the first day of the week to stop the Universe from exploding.
stormseye
Hey sjohnson, the day of rest, Sabbath is actually Saturday, the last day of the week. Sunday is the first day of the week, but that is a common misconception.
LarcenousLaugh
Nope not dismissing it at all. I can stand when companies release something that borks their own products. Currently there is an issue with Wiis getting bricked by one of their patches too (which was aimed at stopping homebrews, but it has been affecting non-homebrew machines... I find it telling that the Homebrews now have a fix for the patch and Nintendo is just getting around to realizing they have a problem).
@Raisin - G4 did look at the problem and put it out there for all to see. What's going to get this solved even faster is the CA Lawsuit, you have to threaten pocketbooks before companies move. Part that sucks is the waiting for something to happen. Don't envy you, but more attention (especially when all it gets you are fanboy comments and not actual help) from someone who isn't the company won't do much.
Hawks282
I see your point now, I just thought you were dismissing the whole issue; my mistake.
Raisinbman
Damn, all I asked was that a Non-Sony company look at this problem! That's all I'm asking.
LarcenousLaugh
Very true sir. But making a big deal about it somewhere other then the manufacturer's site doesn't do anything for anyone... but provide a comfortable shoulder to cry on. You're right, it hasn't happened to me, but if it did, there is no reason for me to think that having The Feed run addiontial articles on it when nothing newsworthy has happened yet is going to make it work again.
Hawks282
Hey larcenous just because it didn't happen to you doesn't mean it isn't cause for concern, it hasn't happened to me either but if it's a possibility then I want it to be resolved by what ever means necessary.
LarcenousLaugh
@Wild - yeah the soapbox was about Zombies?
@Raisinbman - The site having a feed article about it wasn't enough. Does this require us all to go into Johnny Chochran-expose-Chewbacca Defense mode? Your's broke, didn't it? Would you prefer that everyone cry with you?
Raisinbman
