Pop singer Beyonce is, like, totally into gaming... at least, in the sense that celebrity spokespeople are "into" the things they're paid to speak about. Specifically, Beyonce is totally into Nintendo! She did this commercial for Rhythm Heaven for the DSi...

...and now she says she'd like to create a Wii game.

"I`d like to get involved in video games, since I really love Wii Fit. I think it would be a great idea to incorporate choreography, because, for me, my workout is way more fun when it involves dancing, as opposed to running on a boring treadmill," the singer reportedly told the press.  "I would love to do some kind of fitness game but incorporate dance and performance into it. I think a lot of women would enjoy that," she added.

I would totally play Beyonce's Extreme Single Lady Challenge if I got it for free, but that's only because she's super-hot, and I could stand to drop a few pounds. What about you? What do you think of mainstream celebrities entering the video game market? Past examples of celebrity-centric games have pretty much been disastrous (with the exception of Michael Jackson's Moonwalker game), so there's not much positive history there.
