We actually saw Super Street Fighter IV at Tokyo Game Show last week, but we weren't allowed to talk about it…until now. Super Street Fighter IV is shaping up to be a serious upgrade for the brawler, adding at least eight new characters to the mix -- including the return of some old favorites -- and a number of game modes and other additions that Capcom isn't talking about just yet. The game's producer, Yoshinori Ono, had no trouble teasing us about this at TGS.
"You'll see some features that fans have been asking for. Once again to emphasize this is really is about the fans. They've been asking for certain modifications to existing modes [and asking] 'Wouldn't it be great if this kind of mode was in it?' Believe me when I say we've been listening very hard at stuff like that and paying a lot of attention to message board sand that sort of thing. You'll definitely see the kind oo changes you might expect, but also a few surprises, as well. This is definitely a large scale update we're dealing with here."

What about CHARLIE, The Twins, Adon and a few other good characters that are worth a while and the price shouldn't be over $40 or DLC because SF4 wasn't the super game of the year like everybody thinks it was it sucked quite a bit after we waited for so long for this one you always end up playing the $30 SF collection instead, too many changes made it crappy they should've made it ALPHA style instead of the Prince of Persia Style that sucked too but whatever it's too late for that now

MADDEN(sports Games) and WWE games come out EVERY year but nobody bitch's about that.If you are one of many complaining dont buy the game you are doing a favor to us Hardcore players.We have played Street Fighter 3rd Strike for 10 years just look at EVO championship.In the near future i see 3rd version of Sf4.If you complain you are a casual SF gamer that probably played SF4 for 3 weeks.

i like that the game is going to be a physical disc because i feel better buy disk then online becuase you can lose if its a online dlc but if its a disc you can just reload it also i like the look of the case and disc good job capcom keep it up

There we go. That's what I am talking about. Talk about adding things to the game or what characters you want. I want some crazy stuff added. 2 supers and 2 ultras, Skullomania, grapple and throws both for each character. Once a long while ago I came up with a grapple system, it did not work because it slowed the game play down, but having grapples and throws with tech throws works.
New moves for all the characters. (bring back some of the alpha and third strike moves)
Random events that could happen between rounds. a la (fatal fury special)
Stage ko's into cars, walls, foreground, etc
new backgrounds
bonus stages and LOTS of them....you could make them part of the story line.
4 different pre fight animations, 1 enemy and 1 friend animation before the fight starts. I don't want to hear Ryu tell me about the heart of battle 782,456 times.
character balance this is such a tuff battle to make characters balanced. The smallest tweak here or there could result in a huge unbalanced match up.
more than a PG-13 game please. Blood,dirty words said between the fighters. More of an adult fighter please.

Then I would like to add something that street fighter has never had and will never have. Final ko's three for each character. No there not kill moves, they are extreme knock outs, done at the end of the round. I think it would add a new element to street fighter while pushing the dirt over on a franchise that has been dead for a while.
Just some of my thoughts on a game that I am hype for. I don't care if it means Ono has to delay the game so that we get all the good stuff in the end. I will still buy the game at what ever price as well.

For all of you that feel ripped off I wish they would release an option new game disk foe 30 dollars or DLC for 50 dollars. It would be an over lapping nightmare to patch and tweak the game. It does not suck that you will have to buy this game again. If you don't want the game don't get it. I will say about 98% of the people complaining about the game will be the first ones standing line to get the game this spring. I think your tunes will change when you see the amount of content that will be added. You had to see this coming a mile away.

it sucks that im gonna have to re buy this game but ill do it because of my love for sf the only thing im worried about is saved data like will it carry on to ssf cause its gonna be a pain in the ass getting those characters again plus the new ones prob

I'm glad i haven't bought SF4 yet.
Gonna wait until next spring. . .so for now im just gonna go play SF4 at the arcades or at my friend's place.

To all of u people complaining how this isnt DLC if u did sum research on SF IV that there was a coding problem in the making of it so they couldnt make this DLC cause of the coding problem

Well i hope they add more content to the starting SF4 line up. i really wanna see some new super n ultra combos cuz a few lacked some style n were pretty much lame. and really upgrade on the cheezy anime openings n endings.

I just hope they make Dan and Ken stronger..they really nerfed them this time around...and some of the other characters..

They could easily just release the 8 new characters as DLC, which is the only thing i care about.
