Posted October 1, 2009 - By Jake Gaskill

Well, Sony’s PSP go has finally arrived, and the PSP firmware update v6.10 has come along with it. As Sony stressed over at the Official PlayStation Blog, the latest update is an essential download for all new PSP Go owners as it will ensure compatibility with PSP games as well as MediaGo, which along with the PlayStation Store, is also receiving some improvements.

The update also adds tethering for the PSP go that will allow users to connect to their mobile devices via Bluetooth. Another new addition is SenseMe, which is a new music application that automatically categorizes your imported music tracks into appropriate channels based on mood. Here’s a brief demonstration of SenseMe in action.

Anyone picked up a PSP go yet? Or tried out SenseMe?
