From October 8th through the 11th, Paragon Studios will be holding an extended double XP weekend for its comic book inspired MMORPG City of Heroes. This will obviously benefit current players looking to level up at superhuman speeds, but Paragon will also be letting those players with inactive accounts (in good standing of course) log on and benefit from the double XP love as well, all for the price of a shiny new zero cent.
So, if you were looking for a reason to once again don those tights and cape in order to protect/doom humanity, now you have one.

I'll probably log in to PL my Peacebringer to lvl50 and play with some old friends, but other than that CoX is lost on me. After playing Champions, the combat and art style of CoX shows it's age in a bad way. Hopefully the Going Rogue expansion will bring overhauls of both.
