Welcome to "Morning Hangover" -- an excellent way to start your day with the crew at TheFeed...no matter what you're recovering from. Every morning you'll hear musings from two of TheFeed's editors and have the chance to share your thoughts on what's going on in the gaming world. So buckle up, throw a Pokeball at the new week, and keep reading!

Jake Gaskill: Rockstar Games’ music-making title Beaterator comes out today, and I really hope it gets the attention it deserves. I previewed the “game” a few weeks back, and I was blown away by the sheer amount of technological wizardry Rockstar managed to cram into the PSP title. Beaterator is literally a music studio that fits in your hands. Now, many people might write it off or simply overlook it because it’s primarily a music maker rather than a music simulator (i.e. Guitar Hero, Rock Band, etc.), but that would be a huge mistake because the creative potential is just staggering. Mark my words, people will be producing whole albums with Beaterator within a few months, and they will have done it with a portable gaming device. Am I the only one who thinks that’s amazing? I hope not. Our review will be up later today, so be sure to check back then to find out more.

Patrick Klepek: Tokyo Game Show 2009 is officially over, an announcement I'm extremely happy to make. Even though my week spent in the heart of Tokyo -- the amazing district known as Shibuya, seen above -- was a fantastic adventure I won't ever forget, laying down on my bed last night was intensely satisfying. It's good to be home. Of course, the fight with jet lag has kicked in. If you manage to convert to Tokyo time while at TGS, that's great, but such an accomplishment means you're only going to have to do the same thing all over again when you return. Wish me luck.
TheFeed gang wants your thoughts on gaming, tech, the awesomeness of Brett Favre, and more. Let everyone know what you're thinking and chat it up with your fellow readers. Leave comments on anything and everything that's on your (gaming/tech/nerd) mind! The reader with the best comment will share a Pokeball with Brian Leahy!

@ Dr. Gaskill;
Don't worry, people will overlook it. Don't let that pessimistic thought get to you, though. If people have the time and patience to do this:

then I am hopeful that Beaterator will get at least of bit of the attention that you say it deserves.
@ Mr. Klepek:
Good luck.

this was something I thought of from RRODs comment, how many of you guys are still reserving games? I know when I was a kid you had to reserve a game otherwise they might be sold out, I had to wait in a long line in front of Best Buy when I was kid just to pick up my reserved copy of Ocarina of Time. and there are a few instances when I was a teenager and a certain popular game was sold out everywhere you went but I haven't had that problem in years. I do live in the city though so that might help my chances. usually I'll just stop by the nearest Best Buy or Gamestop on my way home from work and pick one up. anyone else?

I just heard the NFS Shift demo will be available for 360 and PS3 on Thursday. Thank god because I know the reviews are good but I don't trust the NFS name anymore. I'd like to come to my own conclusion about it

Anyone get to player the M.A.G. Beta? It took me 2 days to download it all and then the servers wouldn't work. It took me forever to finally be home during their specific hours, and the thing was broken.

I went to go sell back my copy of Halo 3: ODST and our local Hasting's Entertainment was only offering me $26 cash or $40 store credit. The girl said they had so many copies sold back they were about to lower how much they give for the game. I ended up selling mine to a friend for $40. I really wanted that game to be good too.
