This is an easy answer: not much. At least from Nintendo proper.
Nintendo does not historically attend Tokyo Game Show, instead opting to hold its own press conferences and private events. Usually, Nintendo holds an event that reveals a slate of upcoming games prior to Tokyo Game Show starting, but for whatever reason, that didn't happen this year. That doesn't mean we won't be playing DS and Wii games during Tokyo Game Show, however.
The interesting thing about Tokyo Game Show, however, is the surprises.
Looking over the list of games G4 expects to cover, there doesn't seem like much for Nintendo's two popular pieces of hardware, but unlike other trade shows, Tokyo Game Show has plenty of hidden gems. Many of these games we are completely unaware of until we are on the floor itself and discover them by accident or word-of-mouth from friends.
I'm actually most looking forward to checking out Capcom's Okami revival on the DS. Even though I haven't played Okami yet (a tragedy that I'm well aware of), there seems like a great opportunity for a franchise reboot on Nintendo's handheld.
Are there any games you'd like us to check out? Let us know!

First of all, we may never see Goldeneye 007 or Diddy Kong Racing on either Wii Virtual Console or eve XBLA. I think it's like Nintendo holds the publishing rights and Rare holds the development rights, but Microsoft owns Rare now. I would love to see all of Rare's N64 games return on Wii or even on XBLA (even though I don't have an x-box 360).
Personally, I don't expect anything big from Nintendo at TGS, but since they didn't hold any of their own events prior to the opening of TGS, they could have a suprise or 2 in store. Anything could happen.

A WiiHD, YouTube/music&video/update d Web browser with Java $ Flash DSi apps, a new SSB game, New Super Mario Bros. Wii or Super Mario Galaxy updates, a Wii camera, GoldenEye 007 and/or Diddy Kong Racing coming to WiiWare and/or a Mario/Sonic PLATFORMER. Nothing of the sort and I'm pressing the mute button. If Nintendo really wants their sales to boost, they should listen to the people and do what they want. Simple.

Okami on the DS? If that isn't a perfect merger, I don't know what is.

If they make Wii HD, hopefully they can give original Wii owners some time of rebate or credit to purchase the new one. If, its true

Although its not a game, I would like to know wtf the Wii Vitality Sensor can do for gaming. It seems like pretty soon that the Wii is gonna turn into a virtual nursing home of some sort. All they need is Wii Medicine Time and Wii My Lil Robo Buddy.
