Updated: Super short teaser now live
Sega has been mum about the fate of Valkyia Chronicles 2 in the United States, but just days before the Tokyo Game Show kicks off, the word is out. Valkyia Chronicles 2, designed for the PSP this time instead of the PlayStation 3, is headed over here next summer.
Valkyria Chronicles 2 is set during a coup two years after the original and focuses on a group of cadets. The original game remains in my Stack of Unplayed Shame (tm), unfortunately.

I guess it's for the best for this game to stay on the ps3. It has some pretty tough competition for the 360.

Wow. That was the most uninteresting, half-assed (even for a teaser trailer) trailer I've ever seen. It's like, "ah screw it, twenty one seconds is good enough to get the fanboys all wet". Yeesh! On a side note, I can't wait for the game!

Yeah.. I'd rather see this game on the ps3 but it'll prolly be alot of fun to play a game of this nature on the go (not the psp go, but while you are out and about).

though i will most likely pick this up in order to support the franchise since the first game was amazing, id prefer to see another ps3 version of the game that followed another story involving at least some of the main characters from the first or a prequel about the first europan war
