Link returns to the DS just after Thanksgiving this year. Nintendo of America's announced that The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, debuted at the Game Developers Conference earlier this year in San Francisco, will be released on December 7.
I still haven't gotten around to finishing The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. It lost my interest a few hours in. What about you?

i liked the idea of phantom hourglass, the battles and puzzles, were fun! but i'm so good at the game that their no longer very challenging. and i hated that damn temple you keep having to return to, to get maps and such. i also think they could've added more dungeons and cooler items!, well ill play spirit tracks just see...heres hoping!

I was not impressed with the Phantom Hourglass. I thought the controls were clunky, and often did not work correctly. The Gameboy games were much better than that, and should be the staple of handheld Zelda games in the future.

I always like the Zelda series on the gameboy/ds systems. They provided great gameplay and they had great games. Four swords and Minish camp were awesome one the gameboy adavance. To me Zelda Phantom Hourglass help revelized the Zelda series once again. I hope to that Spirt Tracks has the same magic that Phantom Hourglass had.

Say what? Dude it's a zelda game!!! even though it would be way bigger if it was on the wii the game is still Zelda!! lol My point is that no matter what console (between ds and wii) i want Zelda! Best games ever made! Plus they teased a new wii Zelda at E3 remember? you'll get your wii fix a little later but for now its ds time :D

One can dream of a fantastic new Zelda game, but I don't think Nintendo is in any hurry. So they trow us a bone with this. I'm not at all interested. I was bored with the Phantom Hour Glass after I had to keep going back to the same stupid dungeon what seemed to be a MILLION times!

I'm just gunna say that im not really excited about this game : ( i was really pulling for a new zelda game for the Wii, i don't care if it's the cartoon link or not, i just want another zelda game for my Wii

I played it to completion...started it up again when this one was announced...trying to get all the ship parts..
I wasn't totally sold on the stylus control...for some things it was fine...but I get the tendency to push really hard or fast and while everythings fine...always has me worried Im going to break the damned thing....
but overall twas a fine game..the main dungeon was weird...but I got used to it..
the ending kind of makes you wonder how a sequel is going to come about though...

I got to the very last temple and just said screw it. I hated the whole timed dungeon thing. The game was good but would have been great if there wasn't an hourglass.

I think Phantom Hourglass was pretty cool. I had to go online like 50 times to figure out what to do, but I liked how you got to interact. Like when you had to blow out the candles to get in that one dungeon.

I liked Phantom Hourglass. The gameplay transitioned to a handheld quite well, and i was looking forward to there possibly being a sequel...I mean, who wouldn't want to take Nintendo's best franchise on the go?

Yeah i never beat Phantom Hourglass either. They haven't been as good as they used to be, Zelda games. I think the best newer one was Twilight Princess and im not sure Hardcore Zelda fans count games like Phantom Hourglass because they apparently just make the messed up storyline even more messed up.
