We're a little over a month away from Furry Lombaxes and intergalactic skirmishes. Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time promises to deliver even more ridiculous guns than ever -- don't believe me? Check out the PAX Liveblog from last week for some of the wackier assortments -- and a finale to the story arc of the current PS3 storyline. The Feed's Jake Gaskill recently got some hands-on time with the first few levels of ACiT, and he's pretty impressed. Here's a choice snippet from his preview:

"There are five space sectors in the game, but I only had the chance to check out one of them. The sectors come complete with moons and planets that you can land on and explore. It looks and feels a lot like Super Mario Galaxy, and, as you’d expect, that’s a good thing. After you’ve landed on a particular moon or planet, you’ll be able to do a number of different tasks. Those tasks range from clearing out enemies to doing favors for people (i.e. clearing atomic asteroids from the surrounding area), or collecting random Zoni (which actually serves as an integral part of the story as well)."

Sounds a bit like some of the best elements of Tools of Destruction combined with a few new extras. Want to know more? Check out his impressions of the game in progress!
