Developer Twisted Pixel debuts their next project, Comic Jumper, with a... comically jumpy new trailer. (Yeah... that'll do.) Join Captain Smiley, who conjures up thoughts of a Earthworm Jim and Wal-Mart love child, as he, "runs, jump, shoots" through dramatically different-styled comics.
No platforms confirmed yet, however, Twisted Pixel's previous effort 'Splosion Man hit XBLA and the PC to give any indications of what might be coming.

I liked the trailer, this seems like it could be really funny and fun to play. I haven't played 'Splosion Man but I have heard good things about Twisted Pixel's games.

Man, I have downloaded all of Twisted Pixel's games on XBLA and have loved each one! I can't wait for this game. It definitely looks entertaining and fun! Bring it on! Hmm, I still have to continue playing Splosion Man. Just when you think that the area you just passed was hard...along comes a harder one that makes you say to yourself, "There is no way these jumps can be done! Are you kidding me!!!"

The Maw was awesome, Splosion Man was fantastic. Now this. Twisted Pixel can't do wrong in my eyes.

wow this looks awesome i got splosion man and it was awesome so i have high hopes for this game i mean i prbably shouldent already but its funny has guns and you can alter comic books the only thing missing is some stupid item that comes out of people when you shoot them like pie i really like pie

I can't deny that I had a chuckle during that trailer. I was a fan of Splosion Man as well, so I am quite looking forward to this. Kind of odd how downloadable titles like this are becoming more of a big hit than big time releases. Cheaper, and they seem to be trying more new things. None the less, can't wait for some game play footage of this.
