We've been getting a nice flow of reader questions from you for our reader question of the week for Feedback, and we need another batch for the next few weeks. Remember, your question has a much better chance of getting picked if you have an avatar icon next to your name. It makes Raymond happy. It makes Steve happy! It makes us all happy! So get an avatar if you don't have one already, k?

While this week Feedback will resume it's regular-ish schedule and be dropped sometime on Thursday evening, this weekend we're shooting an uber-special live taping of Feedback at PAX with Adam, Morgan, Blair, Sterling, and Patrick! If you're at PAX, make sure you swing by and check out the show!

What is your stance on indie games? I am surprised that Wolfire Games has not even hit your radar. Are you going to do anything to rectify this?

If G4 was to ever start making games (PLZ do) What kinda game would you make if you were in charge and didnt have a lack of time, money and technology? RPG, FPS, RTS, MMO, Open World, simulation or a combination of them, and what Social aspects would you put into it?

Where is gaming headed? I mean like, I been looking at games, and they took their games in a new direction. Such games like Demon Soul, Uncharted 2, Batman Arkum Asylum, and future games like Split Second. WET tried and we see how big that went. I feel like all we been doing is waiting for sequels to come (Like God of War 3 and I have been waiting sometime for Kingdom Hearts 3). Now people want an Uncharted 3. Is 2009 where Innovations for new game has all been accomplish? What genre of game can we see more potential for the next generation of gaming? My best bet is RPG or MMORPG.

Hey G4 staff. I really enjoy Feedback. Thanks for creating an intelligent forum for video game discussion. This way I can get analysis about video games and learn words from Adam like myopic and elucidate at the same time. Knowledge is power!
Anyway, back to my comment. I'm a big multiplayer fan. For most games I buy I demand a robust multiplayer mode (ie Halo 3). I guess there's nothing quite like shooting a virtual representation of someone else on the internet. However, I find most video game reviews of the multiplayer elements of games cursory at best. They usually just say if the game does or does not include multiplayer, how many modes there are, and how creative the modes are.
I'd appreciate a more in-depth analysis of the performance of the multiplayer because that's usually the main reason I buy a game. For example I bought Gears of War 2 and Team Fortress 2 expecting months of fun. While both games included incredible multiplayer potential the reality was less than ideal. Both games were plagued with bugs/lag making them both a huge headache to play. What's the point of having the most amazing multiplayer modes in the world if they play like crap once they go online? It's also the main reason I haven't bought a PS3. I want to play Killzone, Uncharted 2, etc. but I want to know not just what multiplayer modes are available, but how they perform on PSN and being cynical by nature I fear the worst. So I guess my point is as multiplayer components become ever more prevalent in video games I'd like reviews to evaluate not just the multiplayer capabilities of games, but also their support/execution/performance after they go online.

I've been bored lately with my games, I've beaten most of them on their hardest difficulty. So why the hell arn't games that difficult??? I understand that more casual gamers want an easy playthrough possibly, maybe somthing that just isn't insanely difficult. But really c'mon, I need some new games that will take me more than a few days to beat on any difficulty, i'm not saying I want a game thats just ridiculous of course but a more challenging game I would like because i'm not satisfied at all with halo's legendary (legendarily easy) or gears of war's (so insanely easy you'll puke)and CoD, well CoD4 isn't that bad but still. But it does seem that games today just arn't that challenging? Why I ask? And could you guys give me some choices of games that might be more challenging please??

I've got a reader question. Can we all give an overdo moment of non-silence for the death of an old friend: cheat codes. It is an topic that I believe has had no coverage and deserves a discussion. The lack of cheat codes kind of snuck up on everybody, and I was wondering if it has had any effect on consumers or the industry.

Do you think that Star Wars Battlefront 3 will ever be released?
Will the psp go lead to a psp box redesign as well?

How many of you guys are sony fanboys, and how many of you are microsoft fanboys? Do you argur alot about which console is the best?
100percentgood
as gamers, do you find it odd that when something like PS3 firmware 3.0 comes out, all the talk is about its cosmetics, as opposed to the streamlining of features, and hidden added gems that get thrown in there?
i only ask because things like "cell phone remote play" have not even been remotely talked about, only stuff like "the boxes are gray. wai!?" when the load times of games drop by 10%, people are making fun of sparkles. ive yet to see one piece of legitimate topical conversation about the new, and frankly intriguing features of 3.0. sixaxis interaction with backgrounds. hopping into games ridiculously faster. dual audio output. being able to swap from tv to tv without having to change your video settings. i mean, these are legitimate, extremely helpful updates. and yet everyone is screaming about "the font is bigger! this sucks!"
id actually just like to hear some intelligent discussion on this...

Why is it so hard for 360/PS3 fan-boys to realize that it's about the games and not the consoles? Is not all that matters is that we get play great games, no matter what console they are on? When did 360/PS3 owners start caring more about the console, then the games released on the console? How long will it take for 360/PS3 fan-boys to realize that they created this so-called console war and that Microsoft and Sony do not view it as such? Why is so hard to understand that this is just business to Sony and Microsoft? Maybe the only console war that exists, is the one in 360/PS3 fan-boys minds.

As both gamers and journalists, does it ever bother you when fan-boys accuse you of being biased? Why do people think your opinion only matters, when it agrees with their opinions? It seems when you give an honest review of a game, fan-boys think less of you if it's anything but a high score. Is that what separates the journalists from the gamers? Where as a journalists looks at a game objectively, does a gamer just choose to ignore it's flaws?

With the recent price drops of the competition do you think the Wii will hold on as top dog? What do you think they need to do to hold onto the top spot? Would a price cut be enough?

Do you think developers and publishers tend to announce a game before it's ready for such an announcement? Why do publishers insist on announcing a game that is years away from being released?

Do you think some developers where never able to create their true vision of a game they released, due to lack of time and technology?

Do you believe that once a developer establishes a successful franchise, that they would have a difficult time moving past that franchise and creating a new IP?

On last week's Feedback, Sterling mentioned that journalists need to put themselves in the shoes of the gamers when playing a type of game that the journalists does not find appealing. But do you think there are times that video game journalist have trouble being unbiased and that it reflects in their review of a game? Is it possible to completely remain unbiased when reviewing games?
