We're currently retooling TheFeed Nightcap with a new name and a new look, but as the behind-the-scenes kinks are worked out, we'll be shooing a new episode this week. Every episode, the crew discusses a question fielded from the G4tv.com audience, which means I'm turning to you for help.
What do you want everyone to talk about this week?
There are two small requirements. 1) Your question must be related to video games. 2) In order to be picked, your profile must have an avatar associated with it. Good luck!

I really would like to know what you think the future of the "Cartoon Graphics Game" is. You covered Fat Princess a bit ago, and you gave a great point, allot of people did not want the game simply because of the looks. Other games have had the same issue such as Team Fortress 2, I cant even get my friends to play it. Great show, I hope it continues.

I want to know where do you think the reasonable line of discretion Video Game publishers should establish when it comes to games that will be developed for the Natal. I have to admit the first thing my mind jumped to when I saw the Milo demo was the Japanese and porn games 'dating simulators' and later after talking to my friend the idea of horror games came up.
I'm all for the advancement of Video Games but do you think we as a community should have a moral standard knowing how addictive games can be with our current limited interfaces. Just look at WoW and how some (admittedly few) people have chosen to cut themselves off from real society and live vicariously through their avatars in their virtual worlds. as Video games have advanced they have been and will continue to blur the lines between reality and fiction. Games now-a-days are more photorelistic and more emotionally resonant with their audiences. And i'm wondering if publishers should considerer the psychological impact of extremely visceral violent and pornographic media.

Does anyone else think the real future of motion controls is with some type of 3D glasses? It would make grabbing items so easy, and image how FPS would change, would this be the direction next gen hardware would be pushing for especially with blu-ray trying to get 3D too? How possible is it with our current gens?

What is the developer's ever listen to the gamers' feedback at all?
i'm curious how faithfully are they
like example Mass Effect 2. Bioware heard about our feedback and they went and improved

My question for the podcast formally know as Prin- Niightcapis the following:
How do you think the new "Games on Demand" service on Xbox will effect game stores like GameStop that thrive on a used game market, as well as sites like eBay or Amazon where you can buy used versions of the game for $5 to $10 each? I'm all for digital distribution and stuff (Heck, most the games I've played are Arcade titles {Castle Crashers FTW!}), but how does paying six-times the online value for Bioshock on my Xbox any better than waiting a week for the game to come in the mail?
Lovingly,

If we do get to the point of digital rentals, how far away are we from it? Would it start with smaller indie games or a AAA title to bring it to existence?
Or if on live actually works, would that be where digital rentals via streaming actually happen?

Like game fly where you rent the disc and if you choose to buy it they ship the rest of the game contents to you, why don't digital downloads have that option? Example is i buy the game for $50(cause its digital download) i check the box that says game case, manual, and blank disc for $5, and check the last box for whatever collectors items they have to offer for $X amount? Now i cant return the game which makes them happy and i still get all the stuff i would get at a physical store so i am happy.
And if you have PSH there is one more box to check if you want the digital physical copy for your apartment.

Do you think hardcore games are failing on the Nintendo Wii because it designed more for quick-gaming sessions then longer gaming sessions? Is the problem that you can't play a hardcore game for hours on end, without your muscles aching after a long session? Or is there more to it, such as hardcore games having such a negative view of the Nintendo Wii.

Most demo's released are short and offer only a small sample of the full game. Do you think demo's provide enough hands-on time to give a gamer a good enough impression of the full-retail game?

Heavy Rain looks like it favors a sense of realism like if you were to die in the game the story continues rather than be mostly action oriented and generic. Do you think developers should start trying these same tactics or at least implement some characteristics in the future?
Also do you think this game is geared more toward a older audience or can your average high school grad find some interest in it as well?
WhiteWolfAssassin
Do you think Microsoft's attempt in releasing a full-retail game in episodic form will succeed or fail? If it where to succeed, do you think more developers would consider structuring and releasing their games in episodic form?

As was expected, Sony announced the Playstation 3 Slim at this year's Gamescom. But the catch was that it would not include backwards-compatibility. Do you think Sony's decision was based on the assumption that those that have a PS2 library, would have already purchased a PS3? Will the slim model just be marketed for those that have never owned or could afford a Playstation console?

Often times when sex is presented in games, it's often in a juvenile manner. Some games ignore the subject of sex all together [Fallout 3], others take sex seriously [Mass Effect] and most are presented in stupid manner [Grand Theft Auto IV, God of War]. Do you think developers do not take sex seriously when they present it in a game or if ever more developers will take it seriously?

So The Ghostbusters game turned out pretty good... what 80's movies would you like to see get a similar treatment?
Personally, I think Back to the Future is a no brainer. You could even get Christopher Lloyd to do lend his face, as he still looks 80 years old, 20 years later.
