It's time once again for your weekly music DLC round-up. For the devoted fighters of foo out there, you'll want to check out the band's second Rock Band track pack. Rock Band Wii players continue to get some more back-catalogue love with classic tracks from The Who, Janis Joplin, and The Band, as well as over a dozen tracks from the Red Hot Chili Peppers. SingStar may not be getting a Beatles: Rock Band port, but a Wings song should make up for it...Lots of good stuff this week, so as always, go forth and rock!

    RockBand is easier that's for sure. I was never able to get past the first 4 songs on hard on GH2. I'm halfway through expert on Rockband. I think there is more tolerance built into hitting the notes on RockBand. The Fender seems to be a much better guitar than the Gibson wIreless. It's the key spacing. A lot easier for me to pull off quick series of notes. All said, I like RockBand better these days than GH, although GH has some great songs that haven't made it to RB. I'd like to see ZZ Top and Def Leppard tracks....if not whole albums.

    @Tmidiman

    I think its pretty branched out. They have Metal/Death Metal, Funk, Country, HipHop, Dance, New Wave, Southern Rock, 70's rock, Punk, Emo, Goth, Nickelodeon(whatever that crap is considered), Electronic and more. That seems pretty varied to me. GH seems to only have metal and rock from what I have seen, but I do like alot of what they have as well.

    True, but GH is starting to have more Jazz Fusion. Jeff Beck and King Crimson are huge! RB needs to branch out.

    Rock Band more appeals to everyone. Whether you like it or not, there is at least someone out there who really appreciates this. And that's all that matters.

    I also believe that RB has about 650 songs as DLC?

    And GH has a total of what? Nowhere near as many.

    I already picked up Dropkick Murphys along with 3 Gorillaz songs on tuesday. This is exactly why RB is better than GH, both are fun games but RB has more dlc and a greater variety on a more constant basis.
