Sony is adding a couple more titles in its "Greatest Hits" line: SOCOM U.S. Navy SEALs Confrontation and Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune.
Sure, $29.99 is pretty cheap for a whole game, but do U.S. Navy Seals and Drake's Fortune actually deserve the descriptor of "Greatest?" I'd say yes on Drake's Fortune and no on Navy Seals. Navy Seals would be worth it if it came bundled with the blue-tooth headset originally included in the release of the full-price version of the game.
Which PlayStation 3 game do you think should get the "Greatest Hits" treatment next? Personally, I'd pick Heavenly Sword. I can't bring myself to pay full-price for this title, but I still want to play it. Know what I mean?

Heavenly sword is an amazing game but is just to fricking short i beat it and five hours god i wanted there to be so much more the game is so good trust me on that but it being so short sucks ass...

refresh my memory... is RaC: Future a GH game?
i wound up falling into the ridiculous habit of buying a new RaC game at full price, only to have it be announced as a GH about a month or so after i got it.
i love watching and waiting for a good series to go Greatest Hits. i honestly cant remember if RaC is, but if not, im all for it.
also, arent GH games just based off sales? i hate when people throw a quality connotation on Greatest Hits games. yes, the AAA titles that are high quality usually sell a ton. but so dont games that sound good in theory, but dont work in practice. GH is a total double edged sword like that haha.

Sweet. If there's a game I want to buy but ever found on shelves, its Uncharted. I'd play through that game again.

That SOCOM game blows. It should've been Heavenly Sword. I was fortunate enough to grab a copy when they were heavily discounted on Amazon around Christmas time. Not an amazing game, but a good game nonetheless.

Heavenly Sword has to come down to greatest hits pricing I went to my local EB and looked for a use copy and it was over $50.00... i was hoping for like $19.00. I BLEW MY MIND!! I can't even remember if that game got good ratings I just been itching to play it but I'm not a renter (cause I milk games for a long time). PS.. I'd like to see a Greatest Hits section on PSN . I just love downloading full games!!

SOCOM a classic? That game is craptastic. It seems that they got 30% of the way through the game and said that was good enough. They should pay you $30 just to take it.

Eh. I don't even understand the 'Greatest Hits' packaging....it's not like there's a shortage of them at GameStop. Now they could release Dirt, or Grid. They're kinda hard to find used.

Isn't the disk only version of socom only $40? Hell, you can buy it used for about $26 at gamestop. Don't worry about them not having a used copy either. All the gamestops have tons of that broken game.
Socom should be $20.

I bought Uncharted 2 a month ago and it was still $59.99. I am pissed now.

Heavenly sword was not as bad as people make it out to be, let it stand on its own(instead of being compared to GoW or what have you) and the it only has two minor flaws : game length and camera/closed off areas. The mini-games were fun and challenging to a degree, and it was very engaging to a non-jaded gamer.L.A.I.R. on the other hand, that game was not worth its price.
