According to rumors, the next issue of Game Informer magazine contains the entire, 45-song setlist for The Beatles: Rock Band. I haven't seen the article, so I'm relying on a source that reported to Joystiq, so take this all with a grain of salt, but enjoy the list. It's under the cut:
Please Please Me (1963)
I Saw Her Standing There
Boys
Do You Want To Know A Secret
Twist and Shout
With the Beatles (1963)
I Wanna Be Your Man
A Hard Day's Night (1964)

Drive My Car
I'm Looking Through You
If I Needed Someone
Revolver (1966)

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band/With a Little Help From My Friends
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds
Getting Better
Good Morning Good Morning
Magical Mystery Tour (1967)
I Am The Walrus
Hello Goodbye

Get Back
Love (2006)
Within You Without You/ Tomorrow Never Knows
Singles
I Want To Hold Your Hand

Revolution
Don't Let Me Down
Damn, man! That is one fine list of Beatles tunes. Sure I could quibble that some favorites aren't included (Where's Revolution #9?), but overall, it's very impressive. Even the scant catalog of Ringo-written tunes is represented! The game comes out across platorms of September 9th.

Man, this is a good list but where is Golden slumbers/carry that weight/the end? its really slow in the begining but they have a guitar solo from each beatle and an awesome drum solo from ringo!! at least its on abbey road and thats gonna be the first DLC for the game...

i dont really like the beatles, i wouldnt even add them to my ipod, but my favorite song (eleanor rigby) isnt in the game :( additionally, where the (insert curse word here) is Help?
supertramp1992
i think it would have been pretty rad if they had a little set of like 4 or 5 songs by john lennon on his own like working class hero and mabey live and let die by paul and a george harrison song or something
TheCuttingEdge
seriously where the is Elanor Rigby?
BigBadBen
ummmm where's blackbird? i know its not the most popular beatles song out there but its still a classic and a rather beautifully written song when you break down all its components. it would do well on rock band....at least in my mind, anyone agree?
hernandez07

Oh man, I cannot wait! They say The End will also be there, as the 45th song. I would perfer Help! (it's just soo important, it should be on the disc imo, as The End will already be on Abbey Road DLC), the this should make for an epic ending!

Meh GH5 > BT:RB

never mind, i see it.............

The list is probably fake. It doesn't include yellow submarine which was announced to be in the game

Hey Bulldog, ....YAY!!!!!
LOL

And people smash( no pun intended) smash hits for having a short list. Never the less the songs are the best in guitar hero and people give it crap. Well I can say this for sure, I am in no way spending any money in this rip off. Here some math for you guys, GH5= 85 five songs plus you can import form World tour + Smash hits + (maybe) Metallica + free van halen= about 270 great songs in one disk for about 60 bucks!!!! So in turn,
GH5 (270+) > BT:RB (45). Do the math people and try not to get your wallet ripped off.

Sure, there's some songs that aren't there that I want to play.
But if they put in all of the good stuff now then Harmonix wouldn't make any money from DLC
Just cause it won't be on the disc doesn't mean that it won't become DLC

Pretty damn good set list. I'm particularly happy with in inclusion of If I Needed Someone (I think it's George's first great song), Getting Better, Dear Prudence, and Hey Bulldog. I'm Looking Through You is a favorite of mine is that's good news, but the exclusion of It Won't Be Long, Help!, and Happiness is a Warm Gun is getting me down.
But! That list only has 44 songs, and I think Help! has a good chance of making it (unless it's The End)!

What!?! The have access to the entire Beatles catalog, loaded with fan favorites and hits, and there only choosing 45 songs!?! "Come Together" better be in there, or else Activions going to get my money again.

So happy to see Hey bulldog! Would of liked to see a few more favorites, but oh well. Hey bulldog is a great song, with a killer bass line.

Where is Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da? Doesn't this game have a big "backing vocals" thing to it? And they left THIS song off? Freaking ridiculous. I was also hoping for some solo stuff like "Instant Karma" so this is kind of disappointing. Not worth $60 if you ask me.

what about free as a bird? i love that song...
