DJ Hero isn't the only DJ music game. Scratch: The Ultimate DJ was actually announced first and may have been released ahead of DJ Hero, but legal troubles, ones that actually involve Activision and its purchase of original Scratch developer 7 Studios, created issues. But Scratch has found a new developer in Commotion Interactive, the music and party game division of Bedlam Games.
Scratch also has a new release date of early 2010 on both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Commotion is picking up where 7 Studios left off, which explains why the release date has shifted.
You probably haven't heard of Commotion, but there's a good reason: the company hasn't released a game yet. Neither has its parent company, Bedlam Games. Scratch should mark the debut of each entity on the scene, but they face a massive obstacle of releasing after DJ Hero.
What affect do you think the release date shift will have on Scratch? Are you willing to wait?

its this simple....Rock Band is to Guitar Hero as Scratch will be to DJ Hero......pros and cons to both, but still revolutionary and tons of fun......and i'll prob end up getting both.
But the true winner will prob come to the game with the most DLC.
