Right now, Tales of Monkey Island is exclusive to PC and WiiWare, but much of that's related to a technology issue on Telltale Games' end. There's only so much the studio can handle at once, but getting their Monkey Island reboot on Xbox Live Arcade is a "huge priority," according to Telltale CEO Dan Conners in an interview with Videogamer.com.
"We always want to be on every platform," said Conners. "It's just a matter of dealing with the programming needs of the channel, and the different things required to get LIVE on the channel from a business and development standpoint. It's certainly something we're interested in talking to them about. I know that the LucasArts Secret of Monkey Island remake seems to be doing really well there, so we definitely know there's a huge fan base for this franchise and this type of game that exists there. It's a huge priority for us to get there."
Tales of Monkey Island fits well on a console, too, since it adopts one of Telltale's new control schemes, which maps movement separately. It's been a controversial change, but for gamers who've checked out the WiiWare version, it feels natural. It'd work on Xbox 360, too.

TellTale games codes like a dairy farmer!
There. Now they HAVE to bring it. =P I think an XBLA release would be snatched up by a lot of people, and also do well over time since there's not all that much in the adventure category yet.

I wouldn't mind seeing Tales of Monkey Island on Xbox Live. Hopefully, Telltale will be allowed to use bigger memory space and bring the full PC version to it. The Wii version just isn't as good as the PC version I saw.
