Earlier today, TheFeed readers confirmed other reports I'd been reading around this here Internet that Fat Princess is having notable launch issues in the latency department. Many are experiencing lag while trying to play online, an issue Sony acknowledged to me this afternoon. Sony confirmed all parties involved are working on making this a non-issue soon, but did not disclose specifics.
"We are aware that some customers are experiencing connection issues and are working to address this asap," said a company spokesperson to me over e-mail. "If there are lag issues during a game, there will be a snail image in the lower left corner. It is advised that if this snail appears for more than 30 seconds, the player should try another game."
Let me know if Fat Princess' problems clear up over the weekend.

it's not lag, it's joining a game in the first place that is the problem. i never have seen any lag at all.

see i like the ps3 but i dont own one im gett one soon the problem i see is the online ecspecially when it comes to mag like that will have major lag but still i played this game its great

Game is fun, i had trouble getting into the princess game but i signed into the other games games fine, soccer is crazy

Am I the only person not having any lag issues? O_o Connectivity to servers yeah but still. This game is addicting! People online have been hilarious and nice. And watching the strategies, the chickens, the mayhem, made my weekend.

After many attepts to get online I still can't. Oh well at least the single player for the most part is addictive. So how far did you guys get in the gladiator areana? I only recieve 5,000 points thats the most i can kill.

Also its funny how they bash Fat Princess, i bet they didnt even know Cliff Blezenski helped with it....(*whats that sound*) poor xbox fanboy's wishing they didnt say anything bad about it, its ok though, oh and btw Castle Crashers is looking good ;-)

Well i havent encountered one problem yet, so im cool. its funny how M$ owners want to talk about Fat Princess when they had many games with online problems..must i mention Fallout 3: Broken Steel, or maybe Gears 2. Also if this is a Castle Crasher jock, ill be happy to compare the too, when Castle Crasher comes to PSN.

I have very sad news, my PS3 died last night in my first attempt at playing this game. I don't think it was directly from the game but I heard a HUGE burst like the popping of a light bulb and I even saw a flash through the casing ( got me thinking fire hazzard )
I checked my HDD on my PC and everyghing is gone. Uncharted is stuck in the console and Sony has not been much help so far.

It's no real surprise that the game would have some issues with online. after all the game is only what, 2.. 3days old? just about every game has trouble online in the first week. Remember Resistance 2? geez it was terrible. it should only take them about a week to fix no more than 3. on a side note, pay attention if u see a gamestop commercial on tv with the bunny pulling down bunny rapunzel. i swear that is a reference to this game.

the biggest problem I have is getting into a game, it takes forever. the lag issues are only minor. I expect it to get better in the coming week. other than that its a hell of a fun game and I can't wait to get in some more quality online time with the game. once Titan can fix the online issues this game will be perfect.

might be my connection but ive had no lag i do have trouple joining games and whn the host quits it ends the whole game even if ur right before u win tht should be adressed

tried to join a game multiple times today. nothin doin.
however, i created a game and eventually it was full up and no lag issues.
