One of my favorite games from this year's E3 was MAG, which pits teams of 128-players against each other in giant online battles. Attentive PSN users have noticed "MAG Beta" appearing as the now-playing status of some suspected Sony employees.
Sony then confirmed to CVG that an "closed beta" has begun for MAG, but it's only for "internal staff." So, no, you can't participate! Hopefully, the beta will eventually open up to the public so you all can get your hands on the game.

If you're interested in learning more about this game, go to it's website and check it out. The Forums there are always buzzing about something and it'd probably be the first place that official announcements about the game are being made. Also, I am looking forward to playing this game.

This is the game that makes me jealous. If it is as amazing as it looks then I will probably get a ps3 just to enjoy its 556 person awesomeness

I think this is going to be a great game! I like the fact that it's not just going to be 256 people running around with their own agendas, that there are objectives and goals that need to be accomplished. And you get less experience for not cooperating towards the common goal.
It should be fantastic, I saw the gameplay at E3 and on XPlay, I'm eagerly awaiting this one!

This is going to be a sick game. Hopefully with the beta they'll work out bugs if Sony does decide t omake this a public demo soon.

Looking forward to it here.Hope that it doesnt break down into a fragfest.Looks like it will be heavily geared toward strategic team play on a large scale.Hopefully people buy some mics also its better than it was alot more people on mics now.Previews look great so it is high on my list.

I've got high hopes for this game, and so far, from the videos i've seen, it hasn't let me down. Not just becuz of the 256 players, but becuz of the massive levels, and the many things YOU can do. I really hope they make the beta public.
