Starting today, Xbox Live Gold Members can pick up the Far Cry 2 Fortunes Pack for 240 Microsoft points ($3.00). Here’s the official breakdown of what’s inside this DLC pack:
"Ramp up the terror with the Far Cry 2 Fortunes Pack. Loaded with three new weapons, two new vehicles and four new multiplayer maps. Silenced Shotgun – Power and stealth in one gun. Craftsman Shotgun – An ornamental shotgun with power and class to get people talking. Crossbow – Use explosive bolts to take out vehicles or start raging fires from a safe distance. ATV - Leave the roads and hit the fields with this All-terrain Vehicle. Utility Truck - Perfect for charging unsuspecting camps and taking out a couple of mercs. Not to get too heavily in the whole console wars, (I own the entire current gen btw) I believe you actually get your money's worth with xbox live. It's only 5 dollars a month and it just seems better quality of service and content than PSN and WiiWare. Of course, PSN is starting to step their game up so hopefully Microsoft has more great ideas like these weekly deals. :)

however ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^homeboy above me phatdogg440. so lets see here hmmm xbox come with a headset. there you go you are correct but not everyone with a 360 has live how often have you had someone on your friends list run out of live time so they just don't play for like 2 or three months??and everyone with a ps3 gets free PSN so how many times have my friends psn membership run out?? i don't think it ever has, to anyone. Not saying psn is better, but everyone know playstation has online thats why they buy it for the bluray. it automatically downloads the newest updates because TA-DAH!! its hooked up to the internet. so lets review here ok?? People with xbox that have gold memberships?? probably like 80-85% if that. people with ps3s that can play online?? 100% do us a favor and think before you speak. that is all :)

First off, what are they not supposed to report it? I guess if its not for both they just shouldn't talk about it at all the way you're talking. Second, most people have XBL not crappy PSN. Most people are like Playstation has online? Wow I didn't know that. I bought it for the blu-ray. XBL is superior to PSN, because of the amount of people, and microsoft had the good idea to INCLUDE a headset. That is all.

it's funny to me how you guys always have an xbox live deal of the week but never mention anything the psn is doing like two weeks ago when they had five games for five dollars.. no wonder everyone thinks you guys are xbots

Never really liked Far Cry, the DLC looks pretty cool, but wuldn't make me go buy it. I'm still angry @ Sony for not having FO3 DLC on PSN yet

Dude I totally concur with the Fallout DLC being the deal of the week. That would be awesome. Far Cry 2 was a good game also but Fallout 3 has it beat by a mile...

Nah, cant even use the crossbow or atv in multiplayer. Maps are a waste too, as there are soo many better custom maps you can play ranked on now.
What I wanna see is Discount Fallout 3 DLC, thats worth your Microsoft Points :)
