"The scaled replica of Kratos’ Blades of Chaos, stretches 20 13/16” overall and is designed with a 12 7/16” blade constructed from solid-cast zinc aluminum with a custom-etched mold texture, and unique fantasy grindings that mirror the piece used in the game. The handle grip is injection-molded and surrounded by an intricate, detailed cast-metal guard and pommel. The Blades of Chaos replica includes a custom display stand with the God of War logo."

A lot of you are big God of War fans, but would you drop this much cash for the blades? What would you use them for? I wouldn't buy them myself, but if I had one, I'd definitely use it for banal kitchen duties. Celery, you are no match for my Blade of Chaos!!!

I'd like to think if I got this I'd would whip it out at party to cut something with but more than likely it would sit on my shelf next to my big daddy and gather dust. Although, things like this make fantastic conversation starters. And if you are a collector and have the cash to burn why not?

Only if they're full tang (meaning the metal from the blade extends the length of the handle, making it strong enough to endure smashing against the torso of an unlucky intruder without the blade becoming dislodged, from the handle, not the intruder)

You know it will be real nice for Sony to at least make GOW 1 & 2 downloadable from their store for PS3, with the upcoming release of GOW 3 they would make tons of money plus have more people like myself purchase the PS3 waiting for something as glorious as being able to play the entire trio. hey i suggested they sell these a couple months back. but i didn't want a stinkin' replica i wanted the real thing. i mean how hard is it to make actual blades of chaos that magically sear to your forearms? and they couldn't throw in the eye of a cyclops, or the head of medusa like i asked? now THAT would be worth the 123.99.
