Swedish death metal superstars Opeth have revealed the existence of a PSP version of Saints Row on its website. Here's how they put it:
We may not like playing video games all that much but we do like it when our music is featured on them! Makes us a bit proud even when it's a game as big as Saints Row for the PSP and even prouder when the nice developer people show excellent taste by picking "The Lotus Eater" for it. So if you love playing video games: the game is expected to hit the streets around March 2010.
If this turns out to be true, I hope the great Tera Patrick makes the transition to the PSP version! Either way, I put a call in to THQ to see what they say about the existence or non-existence of this game. Hopefully I'll hear back from them soon with the definite word on this game.

Well, if he doesn't like Opeth, he might want to try Akerfelt's other band, Bloodbath. As for Opeth being on the PSP Saints Row, I'm all for it. Just as long as THQ doesn't put some crap band like Paramore on the game, I'll be fine. :)

What are you talking about death? Their lyrics are pure poetry and are awesome! Opeth is one of the greatest bands out there, I mean look at Still Life, and My Arms Your Hearse. Two great albums with great almost story-like lyrics.

You anusholes, you made me think they were finally bringing Opeth to Rock Band... Learn the difference between rock and extreme metal, especially when there's a product called Rock Band. This is incredibly misleading and disappointing that you did this. -_-

I must apologize. As much as I wanted to read your article, I was not able to read more than a sentence and a half before finding my eyes wandering towards the picture. I tried my best to read the whole thing in its entirety, but alas I was unsuccessful and ended up staring at purple hooters and legs instead.
I am just going to assume that your article was a well thought out and well written article about some game for some system.

Finally PSP is begining to get some good games LBP, Assassin's Creed, new Star Wars Battlefront, Gran Turismo 5, and now Saints Row it's about time my PSP collects a lot of dust.
