PlayStation 3 owners won't have to wait very long for Marvel vs. Capcom 2, but it is arriving a few weeks after the Xbox 360 version. Capcom's announced that Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is confirmed for an August 13 release on PlayStation Network at $15.
The Xbox 360 version, however, is scheduled for July 29 at the same price point.
Differences in release likely have to do with Capcom partnering with Microsoft for the annual "Summer of Arcade" promotion, which Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is part of.

Another HD Remix in disguise. At least that one looked better than the original. Screw this game. Don't fall for it guys, this is to take your money before they actually give it a graphical overhaul and tighten up the controls 'a la Street Fighter 4'. Now that'll get grown men shrieking like little girls. But I'm pretty positive they already know that. I for one, will be shrieking with the best of them when it happens and it'll only cost me around 50 bucks at gamestop. USED of course.
