The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, BioShock Getting Bundled Together

You can't argue with two for the price of one, which makes today's announcement by 2K Games to bundle The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and BioShock -- two absolutely fantastic games -- into a singular package for both Xbox 360 and PC pretty exciting.

The dual package drops on July 7 for both platforms, but the Xbox 360 pack will cost $39.99, whereas the PC version's only $29.99. Either way, they're both great deals and no, there is no PlayStation 3 bundle.

Is there anyone reading TheFeed who hasn't played these games already, though?

So... much... incompetence... They're both good games for both platforms. If you haven't played one, this is a good deal- they are both worth it.

I love Bioshock I got it on he ps3 so it has the harder difficulty which I don't find really hard, it is to bad the pc and 360 don't have it, it makes the game so much more fun. I can't wait for Bioshock 2. As for oblivion it is not my type of game but it was still nice. If you don't have these games I recommend you get this.

I know the picture is meant to grab people's attention, but it would be better not to use a Bioshock 2 picture to talk about a Bioshock 1 bundle. People have a nasty habit of not reading everything and might get worked up about a Bioshock 2 bundle that doesn't exist.

i haven't played oblivion and i own bioshock, but i would pick this up if i was sure all the expansions would be included because Oblivion with knights and shivering isles is $30 so it's not really a great deal for me

See, Oblivion was good, I must've spent hours playing that, but it's sooo 2006.
After playing fallout 3, it makes it seem like a test run.
As for Bioshock, that's timeless. Although I'd recommend getting it on steam, I bought it for £13, which is about $21, $22, which I think is pretty good value.
If you do really want both these games on 360 though, might I suggest finding them pre-owned, it'll likely be cheaper and you can have them now as opposed to waiting three weeks.

I finished Bioshock (both endings) a few months ago for the first time, but I have never played Elder Scrolls, Oblivion.

    I recommend Bioshock.

... also Harvest Moon, Tree of Tranquility. It reminds me a lot of Heroin Hero.

very nice deal...I recently got a 360 and was looking into getting both of these. SO I will probably pick this up, unless it pushes down amazon used prices for them. Whichever ends up being cheaper I guess.
