If there’s nothing good...in your console tray….what’cha gonna play?...Ghostbusters! (I will not apologize for that, because it just felt too good.) It’s been 25 years since the seminal comedy graced movie screens, and this week, Ghostbusters: The Video Game is finally being released, much to the delight of eager and adoring gamers everywhere. Based on everything that's been released about the game, it looks to at least be one hell of a ride.
The other big title this week is Guitar Hero: Smash Hits, a compilation of 48 of the franchises most popular tracks repurposed to support features seen in past games (duel drum pedal option on Expert, individual/band play for drums and vocals, Rock Star creator, etc.). If you're a die hard Guitar Hero fan and you don't mind paying for songs you've already played a thousand times, then this game has your name written all over it.
