The PlayStation 3 version of Prototype has a nasty little bug that may affect some users as they try to install the game. The PS3 may claim it does not have enough free space on the hard drive even if it does, but it can be solved by a goofy workaround.
By changing the amount of free space on your hard drive by at least 700MB, the game will complete its mandatory install and you can begin slicing people open on the streets of NYC. Want a suggestion on how to do this? Delete or download a game demo.
Activision has stated that a patch will be released over PSN shortly. Unfortunately, this workaround is necessary until then if you experience the bug because the installation is mandatory. PS3 owners might recall the same bug with Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction.
In other news, I conducted the optional install of Prototype on the Xbox 360 last night and was playing it so much that I forgot to eat dinner. True story.

Question: Why are all of the XBots arguing that Prototype is better than inFamous, when both got great reviews, and BOTH are on the PlayStation 3? Try giving an XBox 360 exclusive that matches up with inFamous ... oh yea, their is none.

samething happened to me last night! Had to stop my download of a game before it would work, and i had 12gigs left! Wierd, but at least i got my dose Prototype last night!

Wow I just ran out to the store with my kids and picked up Protocrap oops I mean prototype. This game looks and plays like a big brown turd. Played for 25 mins just trying to like it as much as I could. You can lie to yourself as much as you want. The backgrounds are worse than the HULK game. I think they tried to push the action a little too much. I can't believe I waited so long for this huge turd on a disk. I would rather play Adam Sessler at Naruto everyday for 6 years straight than play protocrap ever again. Mental note never buy an Slacktivision game ever again.

and infamous really is a waste of breath (or in this case, energy to type). it sold and scored a piss poor amount. just admit, it tanked and get on with your lives!

one out of 9 review for prototype is bad so far .bizarro, you fail to see exclusives do not equal excellents. graphics do not equal good games. but maybe one day you'll become a real gamer and recognize that .also for your comment at the end maybe the reason they have not reveiw it is becouse IT CAME OUT TODAY
