A good reason to get your hands on the WiI MotionPlus is so you can play Red Steel 2, where your Wii remote can quickly switch between a giant sword and a pistol to slash and shoot down your enemies. If you're curious to see how it all works, check out the direct-feed gameplay video for Red Steel 2.

Hmmm... this game looks kinda iffy to me. the controls look sweet but other than that nothing i see in this video is really selling it to me. the AI looks idiotic and the enemies bland, generic goons. I know that this is just a teaser and that this game is still in development, but its gonna take more than fancy controls to sell this game for me. However i will remain cautiously optimistic about this game, hopefully they can put some substance into it to back up the awesome controls. :P

Why aren't there more comments this game looks great and has a better art direction than the first one.

FACT: Shooting and stabbing humans doesn't make them bleed.

This looks like one of the few Wii game I'm gonna buy this year.

It certainly looks better than the original, and the ability to sword fight anyone you want is definitely what I wanted in the first place. My only problem right now is that it seems like there's not enough of a physical "oomf" to everything. When you're being dragged along some of the items you hit didn't punch like I would want, and the same goes for when you punch a dude with your sword hilt. That aside, I'm really digging the art style and it seems like an all around more competent game.
