I don't see whats so great about Brutal Legend, looks kinda stupid to me.
TylerDourdan1248
You're right trfe. Brutal Legend over MW:2???!!! You gotta be kidding me. No doubt Brutal Legend might be a good game, but nothing beats Modern Warfare 2. COD:MW2= Best in Show

So funny game, you never know how it works in some special ways, just get some new ideas about it on __ -- i n t e r ra ci al s i n g le on l i n e dot com --___ where more hot games are shown there!

@willy,
Not that I have a problem with G4's pick, but what game is similar to Heavy Rain right now? There isn't one. If you think otherwise, I'd highly suggest you really read what the game entails.

@thunder
"yeah cause heavy rain is in no rain innovative"
heavy rain does look good, but it is similar to other games coming or already out, scribblenauts is pretty much one of a kind and what they've shown it can do as a puzzle game is WAY farther and more innovative then heavy rain or any other game out there right now.
if you've been listening to adam during E3 he really looking into new interesting things the things that are really pushing imaginative thinking or orginal ways to do things, all those games are differently up there for being above and beyond and they will all be good games, but scribblenauts fits both of these categories, differnt and orginal

@qec
Well I think it says a lot about your love life if attractive women determine if you watch a show or not...lol...plus Morgan isnt that hot. She is ok. If you saw her in a club you probably wouldnt give her the time of day. Plus there are plenty of hot female gamers who could take her place on the show (just check out youtube).
Now I am not a Morgan hater, I think her she is very experiences and her opinion is one the gaming world needs, I just dont think she belongs on XPlay (a show that is supposedly unbiased) when she clearly is biased.
I have said before and will continue to say that Xplay would be better served if it had 4 hosts with 4 biased opinions (PS3, 360, Wii, and PC) that had a round table discussion about these things.

@l33t360
Never pay attention to metacritic scores. They allow readers scores to effect the overall score of a game and we know that fanboys are just going to get on there and trash a game they never played on the competitive system....I just look at a few major site reviews and tell if a game is good or not (IGN, Gamespot, G4, 1UP, GameTrailers,etc)...
Speaking of inFAMOUS thats another example of Morgans biased. In that review she said "dust off your PS3's because it finally has a good game" or something like that...Come on now this has been a GREAT year thus far for the PS3 and I havent been able to stop playing it. What I need to dust off is my 360 (but not really), and my Wii (that thing is covered in dust...lol)
BONERJAM
Oh now my first comment shows up, after I type up another one.
BONERJAM
You people make me want to kill myself. Who cares if someone likes another system over another, it doesn't effect you at all. Also, these people played these games that they picked for these awards and you didnt so STFU!
BONERJAM
Oh god! You people are so ridiculous. Who cares if a G4 employee likes one system over another it is their opinion and should have no effect on you, so please STFU! Oh and to everyone complaining about their picks, they played these games and you didn't so again STFU.
l33t360
the low metacritic score infamous is now in the sweaty, blistered hands of...184,874 children!
w00t!

If They Got Rid Of Morgan Webb the show would really SUCK because there wouldnt be any Beautiful Woman to look at anymore. If I do occasionally watch the show, SHES the reason for sure. Layla Caylee already moved on from AOTS (to go to the WPT or something like that i headr) but if G4 gets rid of all there Smoking Beauties then why watch the shows anymore, Id just get all my news here!
Thunderkleize_
Modern Warfare should have gotten best in show but I am only really dissapointed with no Bioshock 2 showing. By the way, Brutal Legend deserves it.
blasphemous
Uncharted FTW
Thundercracker
@willy
yeah cause heavy rain is in no rain innovative
willy277
@trfe
innovation wins, its pretty simple, but i guess you wouldnt understand
trfe
This is probably one of the dumbest "best of"'s i have ever seen!
Scribblenauts over alan wake and heavy rain???
Brutal Legend over Modern warfare 2 and assassin's creed 2??
This is a joke right?
G4 is trying to make waves rather than pick the best games...
MegaMark26
most of g4 are total xbots even though they are supposed to be impartial. i like all systems equally but i can't stand how people enjoy playing fighting games or jrpgs on the 360.
l33t360
morgan web trashing ps3 FTW
ccruse1112
I have to say even when Morgan Webb is giving praise to the PS3, she trashes it...I really think they need to move her on to something else...Why when talking about FFXIII did she say "play it on the 360" when its a multiplatform game and they were talking about games that have no system loyalty.
